Aww. I didn't mind it being rescheduled, but going from airing within two weeks to ten weeks is kind of a disappointment.

I hope that this doesn't negatively impact the quality of this or Appleseed XIII, seeing as the director will be doing a Shinbou Akiyuki and will be directing both at the same time.
I'd assume Moshidora would be almost completely finished, given that it was due to air in a such short time frame...

Well, watching anime can act as a relaxant from all this chaos.

You relax a bit by watching an anime then you missed a single news that you really need to be aware of.
What if that single news will gonna kill all of you in a matter of minutes?

no one in Japan wants to watch anime right now anyway so whats the point of showing it when there's probably going to be a few viewers.

Well, watching anime can act as a relaxant from all this chaos. But the producers would just be losing money if they broadcast them.
I was really looking forward to the best-selling light novel adaption though :/ I wanted to experience a One Piece volume of light novels.

Well, although I was really, REALLY looking forward to this series, I'm not going to whine and snivel because really, they have it a heck of a lot worse over there right now.

Sure, the earthquake is sad and all, but do they really need to show the SAME news on ALL the TV channels at 2 AM or whenever these anime air ?
I don't think it's so much what they're putting on TV as they're not able to release it as soon as they planned. They've got to plan this stuff out, and with people getting hit all over the place people aren't going to be able to get to work. Besides, they'd lose a lot of views due to this as well.

I expected this to get delayed. I was looking forward to it, but all things considered this is for the best. Anime is taking a backseat right now, as it should.

Screw the anime. Being safe is more important and at this moment Japan is still on a big danger.
