According to Starchild Mania, Kämpfer für die Liebe is a two-episode special. They are designated as Episode 13 and 14, and the first episode is a direct sequel to the previous series and the second episode is about the trans-sex of Naturu.
With the way it ended, the first one really needed a sequel; even though I can't bring myself to have high expectations for this one... I just hope that we'll finally get to see more action/combats instead of nonsensical flirting.
I get the feeling that all these ecchi anime coming out at once is more of a empowering and protesting tool for anime fans to prepare them for July and the possible protests and riots. That and indirect propaganda for use against Ishihara in case an overturn of the bill is proposed.
Interesting, I never actually finished the first season in its entirety. It was a somewhat funny and interesting series. I guess ill have to finish watching it now that this announcement has been made.

In some instances the Youth Ordinance bill can be a good thing (even though it is primarily a bad thing), for example we will no longer have to fret over plotless, development lacking ecchi such as this and Seikon no Qwaser being released.
