The official website of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 anime movie announced five additional cast members on Monday. The movie is scheduled to open in theaters in Japan on December 24.

Cast
Miguel: Kouichi Yamadera (Dragon Ball Super)
Mimiko Hasaba: Risae Matsuda (Toji no Miko)
Nanako Hasaba: Satsumi Matsuda (Kageki Shoujo!!)
Manami Suda: Shizuka Itou (Psycho-Pass)
Larue: Show Hayami (Bleach)

Megumi Ogata (Neon Genesis Evangelion) is starring as Yuuta Okkotsu and Kana Hanazawa (Steins;Gate) is playing as Rika Orimoto.

J-pop band King Gnu (Ousama Ranking, Banana Fish) is performing the theme song "Ichizu."

The movie adapts the prequel manga to Jujutsu Kaisen, which ran in Jump GIGA magazine from April to July in 2017. Shueisha published the manga as volume zero the following December. VIZ Media released the volume in English under the title Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Jujutsu High on January 5.

Akutami Gege began serializing the supernatural action manga sequel in Weekly Shounen Jump in March 2018. Shueisha shipped the 17th volume on October 9.

VIZ Media simulpubs the manga digitally with the Japanese release through its Shounen Jump service and shipped the eighth volume on February 2. The 13th volume will go on sale on December 7. Shueisha's Manga Plus platform also began simulpublishing the manga in English in January 2019.

Nothing official yet. If it doesn't get an international release, and it looks like it might not, expect it to come out some time in 2022. Really hoping for an international release.

This is probably the second time after Hibike, when I am interested not so much in the film itself, as in the demonstration for shippers actual pairings of the characters.

The PV looks good. The story however is different story not liking the 1st season. I hope the movie is interesting because of absence of MCs
