| No matter how popular characters are, there’s always going to be at least a few haters here and there. It seems like not even Levi and L are completely free from hate. But what anime character have you seen that seems to have zero haters? I’d say Erwin Smith from AOT and Grimmer from Monster. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone hate on any of these two ever, and understandably so. |

Surprisingly there is, people from my country always refer her as the "ngik ngok ngomenahai". It satirizes her inability to hear causing her speaking/pronouncing words in a strange way. "ngik ngok" is referencing to pig noises in my country, and "ngomenahai" is her way of saying "gomenasai". |

| While it would be horribly cringey to chime in with "I hate every single character mentioned in this thread," quite a lot of those mentioned so far do have a lot to dislike about them. You haven't "not heard anyone hate on X," you just like that character and want to rep them. |

Sakata Gintoki Come on, you can't hate him, even though he's so popular. Even with people who hate Gintama, they can't dislike him. He's just so... well presented. |
