There are many but the 2 that stick close to me are

Honey & Clover 2nd season episode 6’s ending “Bokutachi wa, Umi ni Ikukoto wa Nakatta 僕たちは, 海に行く事はなかった” — We would never go to the beach. That ending as the ED hit, where they were making plans to go to the beach together but just like how life gets in the way, those plans never saw the light. It was such a simple scene but conveyed so much & hit so close to home. I BAWLED.

Given episode 9 after-credits when Yuki was telling Mafuyu about how he would slowly forget, maybe not in 5 years, but definitely, eventually, in 10 years. I hope to find my own peace too, on things that I would, hopefully & eventually forget.

but i’ll probably remember over and over again
you were there and everyone else was there
— the day we all searched for just one thing

The last scene of school days. It was epic though.

I Want to Eat Your Pancreas
The truth of her absence. I was filled with shock when the movie showed the truth, followed by me crying after it.

ef: A Tale of Melodies
The backstory of a certain character.

Parasyte -the maxim-
Episode 12. I mean, i kinda expected it, but i just don't wanna believe it would happen. Ended up happening, and i just shocked.

Naruto: Shippuuden
. This even made the child me crying.

Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-
Episode 15. Stfu, this episode made me love Re:Zero.

But if we're talking about the most, then it would be a tie between I Want to Eat Your Pancreas and ef: A Tale of Melodies

Hmm, It's kinda hard to decide since there are a lot of scenes from various anime that touched my heart. Also the impact gets a bit dull with time too(out of sight, out of mind, I guess). As for how much I can remember Hohenheim's memory flashback and peacefully passing away before his wife's grave from FMAB , Koro sensei's last attendence calling and his giving advises before his death from Assassination Classroom, Subaru's confession about himself before Rem(was far more impactful on me than the Rem's confession part) Arcueid's true ending (according to VN) from the manga/anime before even after part(currently impactful because I just finished it) from Tsukihime, are a few of the scenes that popped up in my mind that I would regard as Impactful on me. There are lots of anime scenes that had brief impact on me specifically when I was watching the respective anime(maybe even more than those I mentioned) but I guess now my memories of them are lost with time.

Gotta be Naruto reuniting with his Mom or Ace Death - One Piece , emotional scenes dont get to me usually as i dont really care for characters of 12-24 ep Animes , but when you watch them for 500-ish episodes these scenes hit me really hard

The part where EDP445 admitted that he just wanted a cupcake was really emotional. It really throws a shed of light at just how tragic his character was. But the part that really gets me is when Banjo Kazooie never got a sequel after Tooie.

Also the ending of 50 shades of grey where Anastasia parts with Christian was just so heartbreaking. Their romance was so genuine and emotional.

First is Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, when Arima played his last anime piano music, visualizing Kaori is there although she's on the verge of dying. Just as she died, the visualization disappears, and it made me cry harder than Arima himself.

Second would be when Natsu smoked Sting and Rogue all alone in Fairy Tail, it shivers down my spine.

Glad someone had the rei-hina moment - I bitch cry in basically every sangatsu ep when I rewatch it but this moment might just take the cake, for season 2 moments. But the final part of episode 10 in season just hits me so immensely every time I go back to it - I think it's where I began to truly care about Rei and fall in love with the show.
Chapter 398 of one piece is probably the only contender to all the sangatsu episodes; also it's the best manga chapter ever - full stop.

Laptop scene in A Place Further than the Universe

Reigen and Mob conversation on season 2 of Mob Psycho when Reigen's secret has been revealed

Gowther's and Meliodas's past from Seven Deadly Sins Season 3, and what happened in season 4 eps 19

Few last episode of Your Lie in April

Usio's scene from Clannad AS

End of Pain Invasion arc in Naruto Shippuden

Demon Slayer eps 19 (since i can relate with Tanjiro at that point)

Hina's school arc in March Comes in Like a Lion season 2

It is a crime to not mention last eps of Assassination Classroom season 2

Maybe all of you think it's a lot, yeah idk why i just feel so emotional when watching all of that scenes.
