| MAPPA suddenly leveled up their animation quality. Like damn, this is the third trailer I'm seeing of a new anime produced by MAPPA, and every time they exceed all of my expectations. I'm really excited about these new shows. |

Anthem of the heart was a great movie until the last 30 minutes, which were probably the worst 30 minutes I'd ever seen. I can't even imagine how you fuck up that bad to reach that conclusion. Way to destroy an amazing movie. But, Maquia is an amazing movie. I'll give her that. I loved Maquia. |

| It looks really, really good. However, i am a little worried for how the actual story will turn out. It is really confusing just as a trailer. Might have to re-watch the trailer a couple more times to see if it sinks in. |
| This trailer was interesting (not gonna lie, the animation was really good, also the music was nice), although because of the cover art I expected it to be a story with only girl characters. It gave me Wonder Egg Priority vibes Then I saw this: The film will tell the story of boys and girls struggling in an ambiguous world, as they fight their destiny with "love" as the weapon. I don't really know what to expect. Still going to give it a try, though. All of this aside, the trailer still looks REALLY good. |

| Maquia staff sounds good, but looking at the trailer, the story seems like it'll quite dramatic (that scream at the end, whew). Like others have said, Okada is usually quite a hit or miss, so I always proceed with caution :') Stories I've like from her, I've really liked, so hopefully this will be one of those. If not, I guess we have some really nice visuals to look at at the very least (Higashiji 🙏) |

| It will be crap as always, animation means nothing when plot is a typical pretentious snoozefest which obviously will be a good example of second-hand gimmicks. MAPPA is a generic conveyer itself, add to that Okada - one of the most generic screenwriters and you'll get something around 7.5 on MAL since it's an "average" rating nowadays. Of course it will be a financial success since MAPPA using cheapest outsource employees around the world. |
