| Firstly, I'm sorry if a topic like this already exists, but I couldn't find one with the search option, so I'll be going with this. My question: Do you know a few good YouTubers who Review anime? They should make it funny, while still being serious over what they are talking about and the reviews should be around 10 minutes long. For now I only know gigguk and ShadowACS. |

| I didn't even grin but I guess everyone has their own definition of funny. Sadly, I haven't found anyone that I really enjoy for reviews but that probably has alot to do with how different my anime taste is then all the reviewers. |

| If you want reviews I'd really stick to text and screenshot ones. Honestly the same goes for video games, and anything else really. A review is just that, a review. You being on the screen is entirely irrelevant and actually removes a lot from the reviews quality itself. There are plenty of funny people doing OTHER things on youtube, but REVIEWING is not one of them. I suppose asking the modern anime fan to READ something is a bit too much though. But his content is really bad, and he doesn't even do the full episodes. More importantly, that video brings up more points about anime reviews done through video. You have to hear the godawful nasally mouth breathing voice of the reviewer every time you want to hear how they feel about a show - while with text you get to skip that step and their slow awful pacing and terrible intonations in all the wrong places. |

| How aren't there funny vloggers? I'm subscribed to like 20. If you don't find any of them funny, then perhaps you have that 'sophisticated' humour. Anyway, as far as anime reviewers go, I don't really follow any. Although I'll sometimes watch gigguk and theblackanimeguy. I watch a lot of anime reviews, but it's purely random. |

| The person i know is "Forneverworld" but he mainly reviews shonens, like hunter X hunter, bleach, naruto, one piece, FMA, fairy tail, etc. But he's one of the best reviewers around and he does manga reviews as well, he's always up to date with his video's. He has hundreds of video's. | I would seriously doubt the legitimacy of an Anime reviewer because simply the majority of them, their only qualification for reviewing anime is that they've watched alot of it. Compared like a Good film reviewer who's probably studied film, or makes films them selves. |

Its just one persons general opinions and theories on particular anime and this guy loves naruto, hes like a naruto fanatic and he also says in his video's that he always has a positive mindset, he is not very negative and doesn't criticize things as much as a professional reviewer would do. Either way he still has a pretty large list of fans that support his video's for all the hard work he puts into them everyday. Not to many people do that. |

| I find that the best reviewers are: GRArkada, Gigguk, and HoldenReviews (the trinity of reviewers; listen to their podtaku podcasts) SK1Reviews is also an amazing reviewer, but he uploads rarely, usually only doing season previews (which is good for knowing which anime to look out for) and season initial and final impressions . He's just a really jolly fellow and he's fun to listen to lmao. FightingForNippon, is pretty on and off and lately focuses on episode impressions rather on actual reviews :/ Yokurama mainly covers the big shounen anime (one piece, naruto, bleach, fairy tale, etc). I never take his reviews seriously. xDisturbedJeans is another one, but I don't really watch her HistorymanZP is good, but he hasn't reviewed anything in a long while I unsubbed from DKJosh or whatever his new channel is There's prob a few others that I forgot about gigguk said: This guy needs more love: Some of the best quality edited reviews I've seen, and....DAT VOICE. | Jesuotaku has very in-depth and informative reviews. She is mostly on blip.tv and tgwtg.com though. You should also check out T2Darlantan. The old Digi videos have been reuploaded by other people though. |
