| Even if I disagree, if it's well written and they do a good job getting their opinions across, I don't mind it at all. The reviews where it makes you question whether or not we've actually watched the same show are a completely different story though. |

| Maybe I'm biased, but the 1/10 review on Beastars is full of very questionable nitpicks, especially the one where they say that the herbivores should just use guns to protect themselves from the carnivores. Like, yeah, that's how we solve the problems with society! GUNS! |

| 'Can't remember if it was a review or a forum post but someone said FMA B was bad because the brothers central motivation of "getting the little brother his body back" was not believable because having a metal armour for a body is cool and practical. I get that some people on here are quite young but if you can't even understand or relate to someone wanting to be themselves again and wanting to be able to feel, smell, taste or even eat and drink (you know, pretty common pleasures in life) then you're either full of shit or just have no emotional capacity. And I'm leaning towards the former. |

The show isn't offensively bad in any way and it was a generally okay experience but it just isn't a show you'll ever consider rewatching or recommending to anyone. Fun and enjoyable is like the weakest praise you can give, it's what you say when you can't think of anything particularly praise worthy. Why they review it is another question though. | There was this one review that was one the final season of Attack on Titan. Rated: 1/10 It was a guy who hated on everything, and I mean everything. He had the audacity to skip the second season entirely because he didn't feel like watching it and when he was finish with the 3rd season, he said the story didn't make any sense. And after, he made as many MAL accounts to rate them all 1/10s The amount of stupidity people have is fascinating |

| Definitely the top review for Mirai no Mirai, because the reviewer completely missed the magical realism aspect of the movie and thinks it is about a kid who doesn't get enough attention from his parents and so he starts hallucinating. Somehow he related this to eventual drug use. The only reason it's the top one is probably because it' by a popular reviewer. Also some guy who said Mushishi was bad because it "didn't have enough world building, didn't explain things enough and was too slow" or some dumb stuff like that like it not having enough plot and the usual stuff from people who dislike slice of life anime but watch it anyway. Frankly, reviews that completely miss the point of a show or movie but still go on to criticise it based on mistaken assumptions are always terrible. |

The idea that good worldbuilding equates explaining everything is one of my most disliked criticism in general. You can craft a very believable world with comprehensive systems without having to spell out everything to the viewer. | the reviews on this site are so bad, that I'd die before I could findthe absolute worst one. You can just look at 4/5 of the top 5 reviews for any anime and all of them will be varying levels of terrible and inaccurate. Though oddly I feel like manga reviewers are a lot less smooth brained. |
