| seems like they're really sticking with 4 chapters per episode. Ep. 163 covers ch.244-245, 247-248. ch.246 was skipped but the preview at the end showed it will be for the next episode. loved the episode, we got more about Grey's background, Luck going all out and of course Yami! This episode is packed! since this arc started Black Clover has been trending in Japan week after week. the Final episode will surely hit hard |

NEW EPISODE BAYBAY!! They really be rushing through these chapters lol and the first appearance of a certain someone was skipped :( But that just makes me even more hyped for the next episode heheAnyways, BC has been fire recently sooo Apparently, Grey=Cinderella You love to see it <3  This feeling is when you realize you don't have the protagonist power on your side lmfaooo but my mans was only speaking facts tho |

| They condensed too much in this episode , fights were too kinda predictable , the only interesting part was Grey's true power revelation ... Considering it's a Cinderella character that was a quite perfect representation of her true magic as transformation is just her base ability |

| To be honest, this episode wasn't exciting at all for me. We have Yami vs Dante at first which was fine but nothing too special nor exciting. Grey's backstory which is also, a little bit bland on the writing and of course, we have the God mixed with Satan level plot armor as I predicted last week because Grey suddenly got arcane stage power that seems to be similar to Nero's power because she reminiscent Gauche saving her? Like, sorry but seriously? Lol. Then we have another 'meh' quality fight in the form of Luck vs Sven which is 'meh' level at best. Honestly felt a bit disappointed in the episode but I hope things get exciting in the final moments of the first season of the Black Clover TV series. |

| i think black clover needs to have an episode without their recap (yes its part of their charm) without an intro and etc, because for an episode where asta goes berserk mode, that shit hits hard and for it to be interrupted by a recap and an intro didn't do my mood justice but well the recap is their thing and the opening's fire too so yeah good episode yami and luck hella lit |

| Only a little over a month left of black clover, at least for a while. Gonna savour all these episodes we get. The luck vs skin magic dude chapter made me so uncomfortable to read, lol. Looking forward to seeing Charmy shine next week. |

| Yami was a total badass. There is noway Dante can be beaten that easily so I'm expecting a huge fight between both of them. Luck was a badass as well. The revelation about Grey was interesting, her being an Arcane stage. |

How does power scaling work? So in that world everyone is a garbage unless they are blackbulls so they can turn into a arcane stage ezly. Gud |

Gud yes this is one thing I found stupid in the manga I didn't like how they beat the guardians so easy when they were hyping them up like this I would have preferred the spirit guardians team up with their students like Luck and Leo instead of having them beaten so easy that just means the heart kingdom is sooo weak that how comes no one ever bothered invading them in the past |

| They did the flashback of Grey well and the beginning of Yami vs Dante also looked good, but like others have said, the episode felt like if they tried to cram a lot of content in a single episode, which ended with a rushed result, sadly. I also think the transition from Yami's fight to the battle at Heart Kingdom was too sudden (in the manga the part where Yami slashes Dante was the end of a chapter, while the battle of Luck began in the next one, so the change of scenery wasn't that jarring). On another note, the guy Luck fought this episode reminded me of the Level 1 Akuma from D.Gray-man in the manga, and the anime only increased the similarities.  |

| Really Black Clover? A "tragic" (and let's be honest, really fucking uninspired) flashback of a minor side character in the middle of the fight? The title was a lie. |
| I never expected that Grey (her backstory anyway) was going to be directly based on Cinderella. I am very curious about her new power(s), and I was surprised that she is arcane stage as well. It appears that the arch-demon Dante + Lucifero underestimated Yami and/or overestimated their own powers. It was funny when Lucifero starting bashing Asta's demon in the previous episode as supposedly "very inferior than the Magic Triad", repeating the exact same pattern of the humans who underestimated Asta because he lacked mana. We all know how that turned out.. Yami was already badass, but after leveling up (or is it.. "level down" since he is arcane stage and arcane stages appear to be negative?) with the help of training with Mereoleona he is now arguably the strongest Magic Captain (even stronger than Vangeance). Perhaps he is on par with Mereoleona now, or just slightly weaker (in raw physical power he must be certainly weaker, but Yami has other tricks up his sleeve Mereoleona lacks). Ffs, he even developed his own form of anti-magic and even his own magic domain, and these are on top his dimension slash OP spell.. Luck beat a half-demon stronger than him in a very clever way, developing "True Lighting" in the process. It appears in the next episodes the background of Asta will finally be revealed, after the glimpse we saw in the previous episode. And Charmy is going to get serious against someone who probably either messed wither her food or peace. I hope we see her wolf mode again! |

| So Grey is also on the arcane stage. I am really curious to know what magic she used there, what type, cause it didn't seem like healing magic or transformation magic. Yami is epic when he gets serious, he hasn't been sitting still and he did a serious number on Dante. Also, I wonder if Charmie is also already on arcane stage.. Since she is a mixture of races and her power vastly increased at one point during the elves arc. |
