| Eh, more fashionable I guess. Also, at some point people just started making their characters wear sling bags and then it just started snowballing and now it's the mainstream to have your character have that kinda thing instead of backpack. |

| Sling bags are better for back and spine health. It's moreso the fact that backpacks are seen as backbreakers. In elementary school, a few crayons won't hurt your back. |

| I think it was because of the strict rule of the school that student must always wear school implemented bag, or it is easier to draw similar bags.
