The difference between them is too big to be considered in the same entry, even the anime takes a different meaning. MAL resets the status of Not Yet Aired anime after a couple days. I personally have had this happen to me with some commercials b/c there was a miscommunication of air dates due to TV vs Web vs Mobile airings so it puts the date later and my now completed 1/1 ep short gets kicked to PTW with no ep #. We see the reset happen from other angles. One Punch Man was once ranked like #30 best anime when not a single item of hit had been released at the time because people were putting it to watching with ratings; then it would drop after the reset status. We can see the same thing happening real time with FLCL 2. People get kicked off the Watching status on that Not Yet Aired entry, when that entry went live I saw that there were double digits in 'Watching', now today I look and there's 2. |

If one is not given, then MAL will create one for the anime. But one is given in Charlotte's case. |
