| Just to mention a few ones. Katte ni Kaizou: Probably because the series just had a few OVAs instead of a proper TV series like it's sucessor Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, but the series should be more known. Is both extremely funny and over-the-top, while maintaining the cynical comedy of Zetsubou Sensei. It has also an incredible hilarious ending full of black comedy. Still has an score of 7.04, so I guess something is something. Sasami-san@Ganbaranai: I don't understand how this can't be rated with a 7.00 at least. Is because people didn't understand Japanese mythology? It has cool battles (the one of the first episode against the chocolate monster is amazing), a cool storyline and cute girls, all by the hand of Shaft's bizarreness. It's no masterpiece, but deserves a higher score imo. Genei wo Kakeru Taiyou: Probably rated with a 6.52 because people labeled it as a Madoka clone. While the series it's dark and the main character is similar to Madoka , the similarities between both series ends here. This one also uses the motives of the tarot and their meaning to the protagonists (thing which I wish it was used more often in animes, since it's a legit interesting motif), who makes the series a bit more unique to me. I also love the designs of the protagonists when they trasform into magical girls, the main antagonist is cool, the fights are good and the opening is one of my favourite songs of LiSA. Quite a pity the series didn't ended being more popular and ended having just one season. It would have been interested seen what could have been if it would had spawned a franchise. |

| There are Studio Ghibli movies that are extremely underrated like Only Yesterday (Taeko is my child), Porco Rosso, and The Tale of the Princess Kaguya. I know that some of y'all will disagree with me, but I'm basing this on my observation. :/ |

| Before someone calls me crazy for mentioning such a incredibly popular franchise, hear me out. I think a lot of Gundam shows are very underrated. Due to the fact it's such a well-known mecha, I feel like a lot of people don't give them a chance because of the very specific audience the shows are aimed at. However. Most Gundam series handle stuff such as political and sociological issues freaking well. The plots are often way deeper than just 'here, have 50 episodes with badass mobile suits that wreck each other while you fanboy on their designs'. Again, not all of the shows are as good as the others, but a lot of them are very likable imo, even by non-mecha fans. |

Then I decided to finish it thanks to its MC Hikigaya. Something similar happened when I tried to watch SAO, with the difference that I haven't continued watching it after ep 4... |

| Steins; Gate Literally the whole world loved/liked it, but me. I disliked the characters, their characterization, the art, the excess of plot conveniences, how some characters were added just to stretch the show for a couple of episodes, and how the overall story potential was just so wasted. |
