I wont be watching this if Madhouse isnt involved anyway, big part of NGNL s1 was so entertaining was because of Atsuko Ishizuka. (I'm hoping this isn't, Ishizuka needs to go mainstream anime instead of otaku stuff.) |

I wonder if this will continue to push more movies for light novel adaptions for the sake of reaching a larger audience or gaining more sales. Or this could just be like something that happens once in a while like the Haruhi movie and Kizu. |

| This is the best news for those who read the LN then. Volume 6 happens to be perfectly fit in a movie. It is also worth mentioning that if you only know the anime version, this movie will most likely confuse you and as many have already mentioned, this part is more of a prequel/stand alone. |

| Found out about this yesterday morning, when the news had just come out. Freaking awesome! Now obviously, a Season 2 would have been even better, but I will take this over nothing! Hopefully a second season gets announced after this (although I won't get my hopes up). |
