| There is a downside to his voice: because it's so distinctive, many of the characters end up sounding the same. BUT I DON'T CARE. I fucking love his voice. When a character is voiced by Norio Wakamoto, it brings a smile to my face. |

| oh wakamotos one line cameo in nyaruko season 2 was the only funny joke in the entire season. Thats a good testament to that man's great voice if he can be funny just by saying the word cyclone over and over again This man's voice is golden and i smile almost everytime i hear him. It helps that hes actually a nice person in real life too |

| Never heard of him and his voice doesn't sound familiar to my ear. The only voice actor that I can really pick out is the lady who voiced Taiga in Toradora. And this other guy. I have no idea who he voices though, I just recognize his voice when I hear it, heh. |

| I didn't know him by name so I had to wiki him. Most of the anime he's been, I ended up watching in English. I've heard him before in a few anime though and he does have a unique voice but I wouldn't call it creepy. |

| Norio is a fantastic voice actor in general, with a very distinct voice. He's amazing playing the big bad villain. I especially love his performance as Houzuki Masaomi from Sharin no Kuni. |
