| Also just want to clarify: the Yahoo news did not say she got married today. The blog entry of Saitoh Chiwa only said "この度入籍いたしました" which means she got married recently but carried no indication of the exact date of marriage. |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| Marriage typically has a pretty big impact for seiyuu. Notice how Rie Tanaka has barely done anything recently? Other than reprising her roles in the newest Hayate and Rozen Maiden, I don't think she has gotten a lead role since. |

| For some reason I have this image in my head of a wimpy Saji Crossroad like husband getting bossed around by a firebrand Saito. Anyway it's just an interest article about somebody having something positive happen in their life that's a prolific contributor to this whole anime thing. Just be happy for them and show some grace instead of questioning whether it's newsworthy folks. That's it. |
