Good episode, muscly Roshi is funny like Yamamoto in Bleach :P Last episode of this arc next... I thought the same thing. Is the heavily muscled old man archetype in any other anime? I also found it a bit annoying that they all assumed he died without seeing a body. Of course I am going to watch the next episode to see how he survived... |
| They should have cut Goku's tail off right after his fight with Giran, even though it aids Goku in fighting. Lol, Yamucha barely looked at the scene to determine whether Goku is dead. He's causing unnecessary panic. |

| Goku's Jan-ken attack reminds me of Gon's JaJan-ken from Hunter x Hunter. I know Dragon ball was made before, but I forgot all about Goku's fighting style and just recently read the manga with Gon's attack. I remember watching this episode when I was a kid, so I won't spoil it for anyone. Pretty good episode, and everyone thought Goku was vaporized that's why they are upset. Think about it... just a few seconds earlier he was a giant ape... and now he's gone |
| It was hilarious when Bulma woke Goku up from the hypnosis by telling him dinner was ready. I can't wait to see what actually happened after the Kamehameha wave! |

| Oh my god, that fight escalated! Son Goku as Great Ape vs Muten Roshi with MAX Power Kamehameha, his most powerful technique. Everyone thinks Son Goku is dead, so probably Muten Roshi wins. |

| So master Roshi himself cannot beat Goku easily. He had to use the last special move of his. He is having real trouble. Ha I somehow knew this would happen! Full moon and Goku became monster. But there is a technique that Yamcha invented last time. Wish master Roshi waited a little bit more. I hope Goku is alright!!!  |
| I can understand that Kame wants to train Goku and for not defeating him easily, but that was extremely convenient just for Goku to transform again. |
