| Thank you now I know what cars I saw, I only noticed the Skyline when they actually showed it, they kept talking of a R32 and I had no idea what it was. This anime does a great job at setting the mood for the races, I'm loving it despite knowing next to nothing about cars |

| Simple plot and characters to drive us to the sweet rule of cool racing and eurobeats. They aren't anything special but do their job and where they lead us is amazing. I live for those racing segments. If Initial D does anything right it's getting hype af. |
| The romance was cool, but I can't get past the character models, lol. Takeshi looked like he was high as balls the entire time his girl was trying to lay the mack on him, lol. |

| Well, Takumi and his father should work on their communication, but I still found the way he told him about his victory cute. Also he seems to like Mogi, and she seems to like him. He's a really laid-back guy though, be it about cars or Mogi, but I guess that after his victory he's getting fired up! There are also two guys that are now out there for his head. And, I don't really want to repeat this in each topic, but Itsuki. Is. Annoying. |

| I kept wondering what the R32 designation referred to. Then as the jet black machine roared on the road and the camera panned to the GT-R badge and it hit me... Now that was cool. |
