| I'm just curious to know what most girls think of long hair on guys (the facial hair poll inspired me to make this). My ex-girlfriend doesn't like mine, she says only guys that look feminine can pull it off well. :( I happen to think I look alright, but then that's just me; guys are also welcome to share their opinions. ^_^ |
| It's fine as long as it's well maintained and not just ratty 80s hair. I'd much prefer to see it on effeminate men though. Have an overall trap look rather than being all macho with long hair. >.> |

| I know a couple guys who look like absolute crap with short hair--one of them has a receding hairline and a widow's peak and the other has a really bad case of eczema that long hair hides well, lol. I don't think it's wrong for guys to have long hair. Maybe it seems a little odd for a guy to have hair that falls all the way to their legs, but there's nothing wrong with hair that drops to the shoulder blades. Doesn't matter to me... (your vote) <- People should look the way they want to look--not how other people want them to look. |

| I agree with RH, extremely long hair on guys generally looks really bad... so few can pull it off... I'd have to say that shaggy hair can be good, but nothing below the shoulders... |

| I voted "doesn't matter to me" because I've seen guys who suit long hair and guys who don't. The same with short hair. My boyfriend had long hair and I loved it because it was all curly and I loved to play with his hair :) But he recently got his hair cut short and it is all spikey and fluffy so I love that too. He suits both, so he is a pretty lucky guy, but I know some people who can only get away with their hair being one length and one length only. |

| I think it depends on the looks of the guy and how well the hair is cared for. Like someone else said, ratty 80's metal band hair is gross. I also laugh at 70's long feathered hair. Strangely, I think that longer hair tends to look better on non-caucasian folks. Asian, African-American, Hispanic, Native American, etc. But there are always exceptions. |

| Depends on length and how they keep their hair. I notice a lot of long guy cuts look bad because it doesn't fit their face structure or body type. It upsets me when they have longer hair but don't know how to maintain it. |
| It's awesome IF: - You maintain your hair. Was it regularly, brush it, use product if needed, etc - You can pull of a trap-ish (effeminate) look. Because traps are awesome, and let's face it, long hair on men can be feminizing. |

| I personally don't like it. Then again the guys I know with long hair never maintained it and it looked really bad so maybe that has something to do with it. I don't like it past the shoulders but whatever floats your boat, is what I say. |

| Again, it depends on the face. Plus, it also depends on what "long" hair means. Like long all the way to your butt, or long as in about shoulder length? Cause lots of guys can pull of the whole shoulder length shaggy hair look and make it look totally hot. Some guys can pull of butt long hair (though, i've never seen literally butt long hair on guys), though I haven't seen many but I do find ponytails kinda cute on certain guys. |

| Hell yes. Almost every guy I've liked has had longer hair. Not WICKED long, but like... at least past the ear. Which is long for guys. But if you mean really long (like past shoulders) than it depends on what the guy looks like, really. |

| If you need to ask, then it's probably best to wave goodbye to long hair. It's the kind of look you need 100% certainty for, otherwise it can all go terribly wrong. |

| i used to dislike it, but then i saw pics of a guy who had such beautiful long hair it put mine to shame (when i had long hair). he was a trap too, but a like manly trap if you know what i mean.... uh so as long as it's well taken care of up i'm for it. the only thing i can't stand is facial hair. |
| Depends on whether or not you keep it nice, most guys don't wash their long hair and it is nasty. Or they don't brush it enough, or something. |
| In my opinion I have agree that it really depends on the person and definitely how they treat the hair. Myself just before summer started I had hair down to my butt. Admittedly when my hair was this length I mostly kept my facial hair off and I have been called a pretty boy. Decided I wished to change my appearnace for various reasons and cut the hair to mid way down the back and grew a goatee. When the goatee was decent cut hair off at the shoulder blades and went with an entirely new style. (Yes I can provide picture for all three hair lengths to prove it. My advice to any guy with long hair: -Comb it, brush it. -Shampoo it, condition it. -Trim it on a regular basis. The last one is extremely important otherwise the hair is going to start splitting and when that happens it really starts to look bad no matter how well you take care of it. |
| Alright, I don't really want to do this but I'm really interested in what kind of feed back I'll get. This isn't one of my favorite pictures, I actually hate this one but it was the best I could do on short notice. Criticism is welcome as long as it's constructive, well... here you are... My hair used to go down to the bottom of the collar, I cut it not too long ago. |

| Well. It doesn't really matter to me. If a guy look nice with long hair, and it's well maintained. And it's cut nicely then sure. If it isn't maintained and washed, then cut it. |

| I have longish hair, not past my shoulders though, although i must say it is a pain having to wash it every day to keep it looking good ¬_¬ , but i feel disgusting if i don't. |
