| I actually wanted to see some intellectual debating between Kurisu and Okabe, but I guess it would've been "too advanced" for us. Despite some cheesy jokes and stereotypical Akihabara moe-isms, this definitely felt like a step up (there's more life!). Also, Moeka's character seems kinda intriguing (weird IRL and a freak on the phone). When that banana teleported, I was instantly reminded of Primer (2004) probably because Okabe's microwave is similar to Aaron & Abe's time machine, but both seem to work a lot differently. Overall, decent episode. Nitroplus, you won over my interest. |

| I've decided that Makise Kurisu is actually Chiyo-chan from Azumanga Daioh after 5 years. They both have red hair and they're both prodigies who studied at universities in America. Also, they both have issues with their "father". Too weird to be a coincidence. Chiyo must've changed her name to disassociate herself from her father. |

| That "He's a guy" scene cracked me up. Okarin is a freaking hilarious character so far. Let's see how it goes from here, that last couple of minutes was really interesting. |

| So that guy is hot... but he's a guy! And I usually don't like Lolis, but that cosplaying pink maid was rather funny. Does she talk like a cat??? This episode had great moments, and the ending, as it as been said, was fantastic. |

| I just had to laugh when Daru made a reference to Louise from Zero no Tsukaima's favorite line. It's good to have an otaku character in this anime. Kurisu's blushing is pure win~ And it's a TRAP! That miko (shrine maiden) is a TRAP!! Totally didn't see that one coming. I like how Okarin reaffirm his statement that Ruka is a guy over and over again. Pretty interesting how that Phone Microwave (name subject to change) somehow managed to teleport that Gel-Banana to it's original place. I'm getting used to Okarin's mad scientist laugh already~ |

| Ok. So, at the beginning of the episode Okarin got pwned by that girl (kudos up!). Then trap guy almost sent me into the dark abyss of faping (not falling for it yet). Finally, WTF with the banana? I had heard about that time theory (sorry, I'm studying politics not science). So, the gel-banana became a part of that present since it was altered in a parallel time? |

| I liked the phoenix wright reference. I don't get the John Titor references since I was only 10 in 2000, and didn't have access to the internet. I don't know if Okabe is just making up all the stuff on the organization, and is just paranoid. |

| I'm a sucker for anything about time travel or parallel universes so this show seems right up my alley! Is iti just me or does Okarin sound an awful lot like Yagami Light? Wait... That is the same voice actor! This guy is like in every anime ever, but still what epic casting ^_^ And Daru, his fat friend, looks an awful lot like Hurley from LOST - another time travel show! Connection...? Point is they better get Jorge Garcia to do the English dubbing. Also why is there a boy who looks, talks and acts like a girl? Oh anime, you're so weird... lol |
