I think I tried watching Naruto like three times in my life, and my eyes glazed over every single time, so clearly there's no fixing me. Like even Nami from One Piece seemed to show up less often, which is just fucking mind boggling. |

A lot of the Mikasa Ackerman fans say she has a lot more character in the Manga, she was just poorly written in the anime. I can think of many overrated female anime characters, but I don't know all of their names since I'm basing this on how many times I've seen them on avatars or fan art even despite not knowing who they are. Makima comes to mind though since she was really popular like a year ago and I actually remembered her name despite not liking CSM. |

| It is by far and beyond pre s4 mikasa. why pre s4? Because despite the love for her still being incredibly unjustified, at least now she has had a proper character arc. mikasa s1-3 is literally the most boring and uninteresting aot character, and the love for her made absolutely 0 sense to me. I guess she is kinda hot, but like, most aot characters are pretty good looking, so I don't see why that alone makes her so damn popular either. I have had this theory that weebs just really like a girl who simps for them, but I feel like rem and mikasa alone aren't enough data to make this argument. |
