What is your guys' favorite manga of all time? This doesn't have to be the one you think is the best, just the one you think is your favorite. Hmmm, I think mine would be Vinland Saga. It has a fantastic story and I really love the characters. What about you?

I'm a big Yona of the Dawn fan. The only 10/10 on my list.
The siren of a flightless bird

Quietly destroying its cage

Dance, until tonight, with a raised voice-

For I don't want to lose hope!

Can't choose a single manga, all of my favorites are equally good but if I really have to select only one It would be Yokohama kaidashi kikou.

My favourite manga of all time would probably be: Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!, followed by Candy & Cigarettes and Anemone wa Netsu wo Obiru.

Maybe Fullmetal Alchemist or Planetes, but there are a lot that resonate with me.

Btw, your link doesn't work, but your 6 feet under amv is cool.

yo thats tough

i honestly think itd be houseki no kuni, its was really impactful and intense
it was especially revolutionary for me since i prefer stories set in like reality, and not something too fantastical (im not sure whether im using a good word), but u know stuffs gotta be a little more grounded
at times i was like being really crushed by the scale of things happening, i really got attached to phos as well, thats why it like really really hurt when things weren't going their way u know
and obviously, the art is truly beautiful, i cant even describe it
there was not a single page where i was bored, i was really really into the story non stop, like shaking and sweating and reacting to stuff out loud u know lol im telling u it was really impactful, and thats how i kinda measure bestestness

but i have read the thing only once, this is not a comfort manga, ive reread mangas in the past, but ones that are not so intense u know
idk it looks like its coming to an end soon, well see what happens i might reread it in the future

the only fault i saw with it is that sometimes i had trouble distinguishing the gems and keeping track of the changes, even though i was like really intensly into it
there is a colored version isnt there, maybe someday i might reread this one and itll make things a little easier; dont call me a heretic pls

currently Frieren as I haven't read & completed many series. I'm hoping to read more volumes of the series.
Chi's sweet home is also good imo despite the fact I read a little bit of it.

def petshop of horrors, hated it when I first read it 10 years ago but then I reread it a few years ago and loved it. I also think it is genuinely well made, so it is not only my favourite but also one of the best mangas imo

Akira! It's got some of the best art I've seen. It's got a very intriguing storyline with plenty of characters, subplots and world building. All in just 6 volumes so it doesn't drag ever.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun. It always amazes me whenever I finish reading new chapters with how it never stopped being funny and entertaining even after so many chapters. The characters are all so iconic too.

Can't go wrong with Akira. Perhaps a more predictable choice than what other people here posted but it's got phenomenal art, great cast of characters, timeless plot and with only 6 volumes it's fast-paced and ends before being drawn out.

Berserk by quite a bit, there is really nothing like it. It's just so different from the other manga that I've read. It explores so many different themes and it does so, so well. The way it handles the heavier themes is especially masterful. The art greatly complements the story, the arcs are well executed, and the cast of characters is big yet it is well flushed out and each character has a degree of depth to them. I have yet to see any manga produce characters that are on the same level as Guts and Griffith. Berserk does have some notable flaws and is by no means perfect, but despite that, the peaks of this story are the best this medium has to offer.

Higurashi, I still remember it was so interesting I binge read all the volumes during summer vacation. I still haven't found any other series that made to more excited than Higurashi although the mundane scenes from the starting of each arc are quite boring.
