| Cid sure has a way of disguising himself. This episode was a strange one and I have somewhat mixed feelings on Rose's role up to this point in the season. On the other hand, Cid continues to prove to be a clever guy who isn't afraid to take any risks. |

| The Bushin Festival is one hotly anticipated tournament, and Cid is watching with excitement as the background character full of chuuni. Cid summoning Gamma to help him put on his best disguise for the Bushin Festival, and picking someone unremarkable helps his image more, from a weak-looking Mundane Mann to the low-level grunt in perfect synchronicity, Also, new character alert in the form of Annerose trying to dissuade Cid from entering the festival, this is already looking up to be the perfect disguise. Facing a warrior like Quinton, Cid using him to test of his strength, and it is indeed amateurish. Also, McDonald's in the fantasy world, other than Hataraku Maou-sama! this feels fresh too, and Cid constantly avoiding Gari for attention and gambling funds, what a lowball. Rose meeting Cid on the streets, and being friends with both Alexia and Beta, it's an unkempt relationship. Rose being politically wed to her fiancé Perv Asshat that she didn't want to pursue in the way of the sword and talking her issues out with Cid helps her calm down. The name puns continue with Golden Gilded and Imatry Notaloos, and Cid facing against Gonzales Machombre, it's a photo-finish. Cid getting immediate news that Rose killed her fiancé Perv Asshat and ran off, you'll may be asking the same question "Why?", but we all know that this political marriage will not last. The princess fugitive is on the run. |

| DB ref with that Battle Power lmao but Golden-san is actually or probably a fraud? and Cid's friend is getting fooled by him lol, just look at his sword being carried by a cart... I think I enjoyed the last half more than the first half but I'm glad to see the girls doing their own thing. Eta was... lol |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| A new arc begins, and Cid is back to his mob character ways, as the Bushin Festival kicked off, and Gamma had this fun little contraption to change Cid's appearance into Average Youngman, or Mundane Mann (depending on the subs you looked at), which was hilarious, with his hunched back and all. We also saw new a character, Annerose, who warned this feeble man not to battle, but even after getting beat up in an alleyway, he still went forward with it, and beat his opponents in the most anticlimactic of ways. Rose also had her time to shine, and it turned out that she was set to meet her fiancé, Doem Katthat, and Cid sent her off with a nice McRonald's burger... Goldy Glided is the next opponent for the average man, and with his battle power skills, maybe it'll be a tough challenge, but the real cliffhanger is Rose stabbing her fiancé. What happened there? |

| most entertaining episode we have gotten in a while. i'm sure they are gonna blue ball us for like 2 more episodes till they show us cid going all out. perv asshat getting stabbed was unexpected. no idea why she stabbed him, she could have just run away. 5/5. |

| Something about this episode seemed disjunct. The wordplay killed me. Rose's fiancé, Perv Asshat? The variations of the Golden Knight's name, one after the other, was fun. Rose's hair was fabulous, as usual. Something overall felt disconnected from the rest, maybe the foundation of a new arc, not really sure. Still love this show, though. |

| The Busihin festival huh guess no matter which land you go to combat themed ones like that are common. Gamma is still as accident prone as ever huh. The disguise that Cid picked really fit him like a glove. Some nice tech they have though. Mundane man is such a fun inside joke. The teamup of Orianna, Beta and Alexia though has to be the most unique. Have to say this show really has the best stupid names ever. Perv Asshat lol. Still looks like Cid's having fun stealthing his way up the rankings. With a name like that i expected Rose to do something to reject the matching. But drawing her blade on a civ sure was unexpected. Wonder will Cid end up facing Annerose though. |

| Jimina's weakling adventures are very entertaining. I tend to like underdog stories, so to intentionally parody it is pretty good. Rose stabbed her fiance, and with a name like that I can already think of a good reason to how things led the way they did. Hopefully Cid or Mr Jimina can resolve both plotlines. |

| What a hilarious episode! The jokes are hitting, Cid's reason for joining the tournament are so silly he can't even tell Gamma, and to top it all off Rose stabbed Perv Asshat! (what kind of name is that?? LOL) Also, that was a McDonald's that was impersonated huh, I wonder if this is another of Gamma's businesses. Meanwhile, "Mundane Mann" is such a weak looking character that Cid will get so many shocked looks when he upsets his opponents and Annerose already suspects something's up. When Rose told Cid that she's friends with Alexia and Beta and that those 2 girls aren't getting along Cid's response of it's like hating your own reflection was funny. Btw, who is that guy that wanted money from Cid for betting? A friend or just another background character? Also, regarding Rose, why did she stab Asshat? I wonder if it has to do with her feelings over Cid, the ridiculous name, or with her getting those weird red veins on her chest from the end of the last episode. Hoping for explanations in future episodes. |
