| Turn A Gundam and Ghost in the Shell are my favorites. A relatively obscure one I like a lot is Dual Parellel something (please guys, name your shit better). It's kinda like a spoof of evangelion and it's incredibly fun. |

| Great Teacher Onizuka, Berserk, Doremi and Perfect Blue are the ones I liked a lot, the first being my fav anime at the time I watched it. I also really liked the Trust and Betrayal OVA from Rurouni Kenshin, but my lazy ass still hasn't gotten to watch the TV series. |

| The obvious highlights for me are the hard-to-understand but unbelievably brilliant and revelatory trio of Evangelion, Utena and Lain. Kodocha and KareKano are also absolutely unmissable. (They both tail off eventually, but the early arcs are incredible.) Nadesico is extremely good. Nadia is something any anime fan should probably be familiar with. And if you're in the mood for something utterly serious and completely not fun, Now and Then, Here and There is unmatched in that area. |
