I'm kind of curious about it as I myself don't own a very healthy sleeping schedule. I sleep at midnight, wake up in the afternoon but at least this sleeping schedule of mine is fixed. I wonder I will die soon or die young because of this...

Most of the time sleep at night, wake up in the morning (around 8 a.m.). I've had some problems with insomnia earlier this year which made me realise how bad for me was going to sleep late at night, so I had to fix my sleeping schedule.

I had a horrible experience working in a graveyard shift because I kept trying to keep myself awake with coffee and where did it bring me? The hospital. Every single time.

So I decided to just stick with the normal sleep schedule. Keeps me in better shape.

Right now, my sleeping schedule's a huge mess.
I've been sleeping at like 5 AM and wake up at 2 PM-ish. The other day, I went to sleep at 7 AM and woke up at like late 3 PM.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have an online class at 11 AM-ish, so even if I go to sleep at 5 AM or so, I still wake up at 10 AM-ish and end up going back to sleep until whenever. And then on Mondays and Wednesdays, my class starts at 7 PM-ish, so I end up going to sleep late and waking up pretty late in the day as well.

I don't like it. I don't like waking up to the day pretty much being done. I'm trying to fix my sleeping schedule. Yet here I am at almost 4:20 AM. I'm going to try to call it early tonight. Like... right now. :U

Sleep 2-4 AM wake up 6:30-9:30 AM. I frequently take naps around 6-7 PM for 30-60 min. Can't say much more than that I've completely abused the technology at my disposal since I was 13. I used to be on that shit till I fell asleep. Now I'm used to sleeping 5-6 hours.

Ah, sleep,my nemesis! I both love you and hate the need for you.

These days I take a nap in the evening and sleep 3-4 hours at night. Then I crash on the weekends (hopefully).

I wish I could sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am. I usually feel weak at daytime :/

I only live nocturnally.

I usually go to sleep somewhere between 6:00am - 7:00am and sleep until around 2 - 3pm. The only exception is when I have an errand or some form of engagement which must be carried out in the daytime due to a limited and restricted time window (like a business' operating hours or a car oil change and maintenance auto shop or dental appointment). Sometimes I might wake up early or not be able to sleep well for whatever reason and wake up earlier, like around 12, or sometimes I may sleep super late until 4 - 5. But it's usually 2 - 3.

Otherwise, I tend to avoid daytime and sunlight like a vampire, but it's probably given me a vitamin D deficiency.

My schedule hasn't changed since about 1990 I suppose. I have always worked, so i have always needed to get up and go to work early.

I like going to bed at 9:30pm and waking up at 5:30am.

That has pretty well been my schedule really even from the mid 1980's as I worked then too, but I used to come home from work and smoke dope and stuff untill the end of the 80's.

idk about you but the closer a girl gets to looking like ronald mcdonald, the more aroused i become. CAV

the time I sleep is consistent but the time I wake up depends on whether I have school that day or not. I go to bed between 12-1am, and if I have school I get up at 7am. if there's no school then I get up at midday.

It changes a lot. My natural sleep time I need is 10 hours but lately I only get anywhere from 4 to 8 hours at a time then I wind up taking naps. Currently i go to bed around 3AM to 6AM but i also fall asleep random times.

I work evenings, but I have to go to sleep around 2 am-3-am (if I want to get at least 4 hours of sleep) because I live on one of the main streets that lead to downtown which a few blocks from where I live, and yes, cars/trucks/sirens during the morning and throughout the day make so many loud noises that it is just annoying (earplugs don't help either).

Also, neighbors are annoying and loud as hell too.

I never get off work at the same time, so I try not to go to bed until around 7 or 8am. I wake up at 2pm to go to work at 3pm and usually get off around 1am but we stay later a lot more than we get off on time so I don't try to chance it with getting into the habit of going to sleep when I'm supposed to get off.

Before pandemic messed up my career, my sleeping schedule varies, but it is a must that I get at least 5 hours before work in order to function well. For some days that it can't be helped but sleep less than 5, a cup of coffee usually does the job.

Right now, it's crazy that I don't even wanna think or talk about it.

I was told by every psychiatrist and psychologist I've seen that having a sleep schedule that's consistent is important and can help a lot with your overall general feeling, and have heard this is common advice to basically everyone from doctors and mental health specialists alike.

I always go to bed at 4AM with a few exceptions from time to time, waking up I try to keep around noon but most of the time I don't sleep good at all so I'm up whenever and just try to stay in bed until then so at least I'm still 'resting'.

Sleep at night, wake up in the morning.

A lot of people's schedules have been affected by the global pandemic. USA is a clown act for not having a real government policy to protect civilians.

Nurses/gamers/streamers/idk first responders end up w/ 'weird' sleep schedules based on situation.

My exact choice isn’t an option so I picked the closest one. I typically go to sleep anywhere between midnight and 3am at the latest. If I lived on my own I’d probably be asleep by 1am every night but I have things I do with my family and then I watch anime and then I stay up thinking about what I watched and next thing I know it’s much later than I thought... If I work the next day, I might get up as early as 7am but if I don’t work I usually get up around noonish. I think the latest I’ve ever slept in was 2pm but I try to force myself up by 1pm even if I’m still sleepy; sleeping in to the afternoon just seems really weird to me.

I actually prefer to have a flexible sleeping schedule like what you have mentioned. The idea of "sleep when tired" seems like very unhealthy to the health experts as this means that no fixed sleeping schedule, which in turn increasing the risk of exposing to cancer cells(according to the health studies, yeah).
