| I wanted to edit my Top 100 mosaic for which I use imgur to upload my images to. I edited three (of the seven) images, saved them new and uploaded them to the site and pasted the BB code as I usually do. Suddenly it doesn't show the image anymore and only this image error object. I've reedited, saved, compressed, reuploaded to imgur the images several times, same result. The other 4 images are fine. Didn't touch them. I will post my code in a pastebin just in case: Can somebody help me? |

| Firstly, nice Drakengard set. There's already a support thread discussing this: https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1825661 It's a site-wide problem and the images won't load until MAL fixes it. |

| I was gone from MAL for a few days. I noticed two GIFS on my profile won't load anymore I recently spent time trying to find GIFS and get codes for them too! ((´д｀)) |

| https://myanimelist.net/profile/Astraea_ I tried uploading two new images to my page but they didn't work, even tried imgur instead of imgbb but that did nothing. Four or five random pics on my profile that were there before also disappeared so I'm assuming that's because of this problem too but besides that the other bunch of images that I had before are still there. So it seems like 90% or more images still work but you can't add new ones. |

| Phew... I uploaded a new picture & was very confused as to why it wasn't working. I still am a bit unsure to if I did it correctly since I'm not able to see it but hopefully, I will be able when this is fixed Regardless, I hope they're able to resolve the issue soon |

| Ahh so it was an issue on their end after all. I thought it was just our local internet working its magic again. Hopefully they'll be able to fix it soon, so I can continue with my pet project c: |

MAL hosts the images on their end, when you add the image to whatever post, profile etc. MAL grabs the image from the link you use and hosts it on their server-side. That’s why they load so quickly, it’s a more efficient server than loading every image link on every site. Old pre-loads are still working but obviously the hosting site is down now so they become broken when MAL tries to load any new image. |

On second thought, the profile pictures and gifs are fixed but I can't put any new picture in my Signature (and they follow the guidelines so it's not on me I think). |

| this is super annoying, but i tried making a new signature, added the image code along with but when i checked it again, the image doesn't show and all there is, is a blue box with a ? in the middle . alright so, i go to my bio , get another link, same thing, blue box with ? in the middle so ,i add a flag counter link, won't show / blue box , ( i tried adding multiple different flag counters) BUT, i had my old bio copied in a notepad, so i pasted it and , surprise surprise, the image from that bio actually showed, and i used imgur for it too. so.. please help |
