| Ibukimaru was really cool. I can't remember a cooler oni off the top of my head. He fell in love with a human, but they weren't allowed to live in peace even though it seemed to work at first, just like Nanashi's parents weren't. He was then consumed by revenge, like Rei is being consumed right now, but he only came back to this world to let the woman he loved rest in peace. I find it really interesting that Rei's spells derived from the ones used by the onis, he really wouldn't be able to win this fight. But fortunately Ibukimaru wasn't the one who burned his village down, and he parted to pay for what he did while trying to leave behind what he learned from his own experiences to both Kitarou and Rei. They will ultimately face each other because Kitarou needs those souls, but I hope they will be able to understand each other in the end. |

| Wow! this episode was pure heavy hype! Ibukimaru one hellava stronk youkai! of course one of the four generals! The clash between Isurugi vs Ibukimaru vs Kitarou was badass and satisfying! 5/5. |

| This Episode seems like the best one compared to other episodes featuring one of the four treasonous general imo. The fights are intense and the message about "revenge" is shown perfectly to me. Also serious Kitarou is serious... |
