That’s the thing; I’m craving for a good RomCom so I wanted to know which is everyone’s #1 RomCom.

Mine is Oregairu, what’s yours?

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is quite good, although it parodies the genre if that's a problem for you.

Uhhh... I’m going to say Toradora. I’m not really into romcoms but I really enjoyed that one.

Your lie in April would possibly be in the runnings for my favorite had it ended different.

Some others I enjoyed that aren’t even labeled as RomCom, yet I enjoyed and found romance and comedy to be the predominant factors are:
-Darling in the Franxx (awesome romance + such terrible plot writing it’s funny, basically a parody although unintentional)
-inuyasha
-Mirai nikki
Lolicons are scum.
BABYMETAL is more metal than Metallica.
Naruto is objectively the best anime ever.
HxH 99' is decent. HxH 11' is bad.

Oregairu is a rom-com? There is barely any romance, and not even that much comedy in it. even tho it technically has those tags. But idk, rom-com for me is its own subgenre and not just anything that the questionable MAL tagging throws two of its most liberally used tags on.

So idk if we're even talking about the same kind of show here. I was about to list something like Urusei Yatsura, Nozaki-kun, School Rumble or Seto no Hanayome which kinda embody the subgenre for me, but if anything with the tags goes then I'll have to name stuff like Nodame Cantabile, Ouran Host Club, Kimi ni Todoke, Honey & Clover, Ore Monogatari and Tsurezure Children although most of those are not classic rom-coms to me, but either just regular romances (which always have some amount of comedy), Slice-of-Life (Honey & Clover) or straight-up comedies (Ouran Host Club).
I probably regret this post by now.

Depends on your setting / expectations, but you'll probably find that out later. I haven't watched romcoms in years, but Kimi ga Nozomu Eien I rated 10, so must be something at least decent.
LE. Oh and Highschool of the dead!! Top tier romcom imo

Hard to pick only one because there are a lot good rom-coms some of them even with nice slice of life elements. For example Net-juu no Susume is really nicely done :) for 2018 year I think that:
Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai
Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii
Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai
were good ones
And in this season I'm interested how Domestic na Kanojo will develop a story because I'm all hooked up after premiere :)
The Young Noble of the Field is currently watching - Diamond no Ace: Act II
Misugi-kun is also reading - Kanojo, Okarishimasu

Yamada-kun and the seven witches is also that pops up in my mind, but it's also classified as a Harem so I don't know if that is your cup of tea.

I really dislike romcoms, especially the anime ones. They almost never make me care about the characters, I'm totally indifferent to their romance issues and it's not my type of humor in general. BUT there were those few romcoms that I really enjoyed, and the 1 I liked the most is Macross F. Despite it being a space opera it has lots of comedy+romance too, a lot of the time it's just a romcom with a space setting. I almost can't believe how much it made me care about the love life of the characters and I really wish I could enjoy other romcom anime as much as this one. If this is how people usually feel when watching romcoms them I'm jelous of you guys, this was such a great feeling.

Also here are some honorable mentions: Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (mostly for the comedy though, didn't care about the romance), Nodame Cantabile (only the 1st season, the 2nd one was significantly worse and I didn't bother to watch the Finale) and Oregairu (it's more like just a school comedy though, also only the 1st season in this case as well because Zoku was meh in my opinion).

Chuunibyou,Shigatsu wa kimi no uso,Toradora,Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii,Nisekoi (go watch season 1 then read the manga),Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo,Tsurezure Children,Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai are all the ones that are for me above average (rating of 6/10 or higher) some average are Nozaki-kun,Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru,Bunny Gril senpai and Maid sama (rating of 5/10)

3 of those are also anime that i would say, everyone should at least try the first few episodes of

Shigatsu wa kimi no uso (for the ones that like a bit more drama)
Toradora (for the ones that like the romcom with the best written Characters ive seen so far)
Chuunibyou (for the ones that like a very good story about growth into adulthood,or growth in general)

Chunibyou is the only one with more than 1 seaoson and thats where the problem with this show is the 1. season was good the 2. was ruined and shit and the Movie and last piece of the story was the best of them all so you need to watch 2 seaosn before coming to the real good shit (still watch it)

There is plenty of romance in Oregairu mate, especially the second season. A very great deal goes unsaid, but is shown or implied.

The romance in Oregairu is all hidden behind the curtains of Hachiman's cynicism. There's an obvious love triangle between Hachiman, Yui and Yukino but none of them want to break the ice so their friendship doesn't go to waste. This can be clearly seen in the last season, even though it is not explicitly said but shown with their actions.

idk, some people having a crush but never talking about it and it never leading to any romantic interactions or really anything tangible at all isn't romance to me. I don't think anything where any character has any sorts of romantic feelings for anyone should be labeled as romance. Romance is more than that. But well.
I probably regret this post by now.
