Has any anime made you want to exercise or play specific sport? If yes then which anime have made you want to exercise and how? For example Kuroko No Basuke made me want to play more basketball, Haikyuu made want to start playing volleyball. Battle shounen like DBZ, Naruto and BnHA made me want to get better physique and learn martial arts.

Moments in anime that make me all riled up, goose-bumped and fill me with adrenaline are the best. Examples Deku Vs Muscular, Goku Vs Jiren. After watching those kind of episodes I just immediately get down on the ground and start doing push-ups :D. Does anyone else do something similar and which were the moments in anime?

I do agree that it made me also in the Winter. I was like a bear staying inside all the time and ate unhealthily but now that the weather has gotten better it feels nice to go out and do some exercise which also gives less time to eat and stay still at home. :D. You shouldn't neglect sports :).

Haikyuu made me play volleyball and Ashita no Joe made me want to try out for boxing, so I am getting fit for it.

Once, I did 100 push-ups a day. Tough stuff, but after doing it for a while, I could do 40 in a row.

Yep! Volleyball seems really fun but I can only play it in Summer here with friends. I have always wanted a bag at home so I could practice punching and kicking. Don't feel like going to a place with other people and practice there 'cause I feel like I'm not good enough. Could also go to the streets and practice real fighting xD.

I've fought with people before, it's an exciting hobby to do.

Sorry, my bad. Get another waifu and that makes twice the motivation so you should be able to do 80 push ups in a row in no time. Twice because 0x2 isn't 0 it's 0. But you get what I mean :D

I exercised regularly and played a number of sports (including boxing) before I started watching a lot of anime, but the series that glorifies training the most is Grappler Baki. Hell, even the OP is great in that regard;

I can't swim properly. I mean I can go forward and backwards but I don't understand how others just stay still. Immediately when I stop trying to go forward or backwards I just start falling down/drown. Any tips?

It looked really nice. I had heard of it and seen some clips but didn't really get into it. Should probably atleast put it in my plan to watch list.

XD haikyuu made me play volleyball.

Hajime no ippo made me love boxing even more and made me consider joining a boxing gym. (I have talent for the sport and going to aim at becoming champion)

Kuroko no basket made me like basketball even more. I always liked it but not that much until knb.

That's really though. I can't do any of those in a row so I've never really tried. Make it 50 push ups, 50 sit ups and 5 km run every other day and I could try it and become Two Punch Man.

Laziness is the worst thing that could happen. There is no cure for that except changing your own mindset. I felt the same laziness in the Winter. Didn't do anything, didn't feel like doing anything. Hope you get unlazy :D. For me Aomine Daiki, Kagami Taiga and Kuroko Tetsuya were my "heroes" back in the days.
