| Big Mom is more unstable/crazy than I thought. Even if you have a Yonko protecting you why in the blue hell I would live in an island/country that is susceptible to be destroyed and I killed because the same person who is supposed to protect me goes into a rampage because she is hungry... WTF?! |

| this is the worst arc just because big mom... but also the best arc because sanji's family. so we get the first 3 are red/blue/yellow to go with the primary colors just like the 3 admirals did, so what are the other siblings in comparison? are they envious? we can go to the island, but then we die because we need to follow this plot armour the the wife of the man we trying to get away from her gave us. i can't imagine big mom is strong like kaido, kill her and take the inheritance. |

| Pretty good episode. Loved the Germa 66 scenes. The 2 Vinsmoke brothers intro was great. Loved their VA's as well. Fits pretty good. Speaking of VA's I though BM's sounded pretty weird from what little we heard. Is it just me? Did feel her voice didn't fit her character. Well, will have to wait for the next episode since she didn't talk much this episode. The filler stuff this week with the Giant Centipede was pretty enjoyable :D I thought they would all attack the way the manga ended in that scene xD Poor Carrot, so disappointed to have not gotten a chance haha. The eyes tho :P The episode ends with BM's rampaging Sweet City. The crazy big bitch wants her sweets. That shot of her going king kong on her castle haha. Next episode should be great. Really excited for it :D Animation was okay compared to last week's but the art quality was really well done. I loved it :D |

| Good episode. The germa introduction of the older two brothers was nice. The scene with the crew aboard Sunny was pretty fun to watch. I seriously love how Carrot's eye changes when she's about to go into battle, it's epic really. I really wanna see her in a real fight. Too bad Luffy didn't give her a chance this time. xD Big Mom on rampage cause she can't get the food she wants, she truly is a big mess that way. xD Jinbe hype! |

| The animation's been pretty decent in the last few episodes. I hope they keep it up. Can't wait to see the conversation between Jimbei and Big Mom animated next episode. Really hope they get the OST right for it too. |
| We need more filler moments like the giant centiipedes and interactions between the crew. That litte part with Sanji's older brothers was great as well. The pacing flows better that way. But judging from the preview I'm afraid that they will drag the hell out of Big Mom's rampage and they will show Jimbei towards the end. |

Yaho. *waves* So I was kinda hyped... and then let down? I found this weeks episode to be rather boring... nothing much happened.. I mean.. nothing I found interesting...It just seemed a bit...meh?  It's not really a paradise tho is it... because that crazy whale of a person is eating a town for some damn cream puffs.... Idek man... it seems weird.... if she's so amazing and junk why is she still a pirate? Yeah exactly man. She's probs trash. Literally best part of the episode was showing next weeks episode..  I'm a bit more... hyped now tho. I liked Jimbei... ;D *Casually awaits his return* |

| I'm pretty sure that sea creature fight was filler, which was super annoying, but Carrot made an adorable murder face when they were about to kill it, so I'll let it slide. Is it just me or is the animation much better than usual? I think I read somewhere that there was a new animation director? Props to that guy if that's true. There is a definite improvement. Jinbei arrives next episode! Huzzah! |

| Slow episode, but nice to see No 1 and 2 of the Germa. Also nice to hear Sugiyama Noriaki as the voice of one of the Vinsmokes. So Luffy and the others are making their way to Whole Cake Island. Interesting to hear that it isn't the first time Pedro is there. Maybe we will hear about this later. The fight with these sea centipedes was nothing special but funny because of Carrot who wanted to fight so badly but Luffy didn't gave her a even chance :D Damn her face when she was about to attack looked scary :o In the meantime Big Mom absolutely freaking out and destroys everything which came in her way. I think it's the first time I hear the word croquembouche. I can't wait for the next episode and to finally see Jinbei again. It feels like forever since we saw him the last time. |

| I honestly don’t have much to say this episode so I’ll keep it in three pieces. Firstly, the warmongering Germa introduction was a good one. We saw a 2 year war ended in 4 hours, apathetically, and for the sake of money. One side saw them as demons who killed their wives, children, and destroyed their country. The other side saw them as angels as they chanted their name. Their effect in the world isn’t all bad, but their intentions certainly are. Their men are so loyal or even fanatical that, assuming it wasn’t a power of any kind, just saying ‘wall’ was enough for one to sacrifice themselves as a body shield. Pedro was cut off from explaining his experience here with what looked like a filler scene with some giant centipedes. I say this because we started to get some looped art work and it didn’t add much to the episode. What it did add however was Carrot's battlelust. She noted that she wanted to fight and even did a Zoro-esque smile when preparing too, scary. Maybe all minks are like this, something like they have an animal's sense of battle, but it adds another dimension to her character. She not only can fight, but wants to fight. Lastly, Big Mom was characterized to be somewhat of an addict when it comes to sweets. She has hunger pangs and goes into a frenzy if she doesn’t have the sweets she wants. She becomes self destructive, destroying her own kingdom. Sure, she is extorting sweets from other countries and threatening them and murdering and pillaging, but there is a side to it which may suggest it feels necessary for her. It’s not just gluttony, it’s something far worse; for herself and others. |
| It looks like Germa 66 is a ruthless mercenary group that only works for the highest bidder. I'm curious to see if there will be any kingdoms that they are affiliated with that the Straw Hats will end up passing through in the future. I'll have to say that it was as disappointing as it was funny to see everyone excitedly prepare to attack only for Luffy to steal the kill with just one attack TWICE lmao It looks like Big Mom's hunger pangs are a bigger danger to her own nation than anything else. Her head chef being picky as hell when it comes to making his food doesn't help with the matter at all either. |
