| To track up my anime/manga list so I didn't forget the anime/manga I currently watch/read,the anime/manga I dropped and the anime/manga I already completed. Also,I will discover new anime/manga through recommendations section or other sections in this page and you know there's a lot of club here on MAL so I joined my favourite voice actor/actress fanclub because I want to know more about them and their recent activities.Thus,I always stalked other users profile because some of them had a beautiful profile layout.The other reason why I join MAL is I want to pass my time with post some stupid stuff in forums and the forum games section. |

| never really cared for it at first because I already had a book to keep track of my anime and I didn't know how this thing worked But then I saw there was an app and I downloaded it and I had to log in with this account so I had to make one Then I realized I could just press the little + button to add episodes and it was easily more useful than my notebook 3 years later and here I am :] |

| I was told to use the site. It took me a while to warm up to the idea because I was already tracking them on Excel spreadsheet. To add further, when I saw MAL didn't have an option in combining the franchises (there are some difficult franchises), having my own spreadsheet that offered more flexibility seemed more ideal. Then I was told more about it. I would get notifications about anime that I've watched (upcoming ones). Plus I saw the type MAL stats that each profile has and of course the MALGraph which provides an even more in depth analysis. So I joined |

| At first, it's because I wanted to read reviews about anime that I watched and see whether how many of us have the same opinion regarding that anime. Then I decided to participate in the forum (anime series) - I rarely participate in anime forums because they can be stressful at times, with almost non-stop debates going on - at least in MAL you can just post your opinion about it (you may still get into argument at times, but it rarely happens) then later on, to list down the anime that I've watched. |
