DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah so we get some focus and storytelling about that Maya girl from Suruga, one of the most skilled keijo competitors in the series. That aside, I find this episode rather hilarious just because of how far they are pushing the idea of Keijo. Priceless fan service with the BOOB FLASH (yeah, it's just sunlight reflected). Nozomi really is trying hard herself to win as usual. |

| Sometimes I am amazed at how the translators try to translate those skill name, not entirely correct and not wrong at the same time, they just do whatever they want as long as the subs are in the border of right. I mean, "gazongas" really? What a rare word to use nowadays. |

| This show is pulling all the tropes out and this episode was amazing. Nozomi's true special technique is her face to ass analyze skill! All those card coming out of her butt and when they gattai'd fused, roflmao. Even had metal clanking sounds when they moved. That big girls attack, I thought it was gonna be some kind of volcano/avalanche named attack but nope, it's a Attack on Titan parody. Was eating while watching and ended up choking on my food because of laughter. Liking that iai girl too. |
| Hilarious episode. Though, I didn't really like the asspull (no pun intended) at the end with Maya transforming. It was too supernatural and out of no where, even for this show. 4/5 Bwaahahahaha! |
| I just wonder if the choice of Maya's VA as a link with last episode glorious Gate of bootylon or if the staff members are fan of FSN. The manga doesn't have any cameo refering to saber and saber alter when Maya changed to her alter form |

| Craziest episode so far! Muromachi didn't have an ace in the sleeve but so did in another place. And her "fusion" with Morimoto was so wtf xD Attack on Hip LOL And Maya's backstory was interesting. But turning her hair white after a "power-up increase"... That was less logical than what we have seen until that xD (Reminds me of Tsubasa Hanekawa though). Next episode ends the first season... Even though Setouchi is winning 4-2, definitely it won't be easy. |

| So many great moments. Loved the team up with Hanabi and Rin. Combining was hilarious. The sounds effects in this series never cease to amaze me. Saya is glorious with her swords. It's sad that this won't get a season 2. Not counting gate of bootylon this might be my favourite reference yet!  |

| Finally some Kawai Hanabi screen time. Been waiting for her since first episode. I hope she won't fall quickly for something stupid. Also that Kogatana, Setouchi's last player was interesting. Shame she's just getting introduced. I thought I've seen it all with "Shingeki no Kyojiri" but then they combined referencing Gurren Lagann. They could have named it better than "Hip-Hip Train" though. One of the things I like a lot in comedy is the art of parody, so this show is gold for me. After this masterpiece of show ends someone need to make a list of all abilities names as well as their original names and which anime they referred from. I'm glad this last match takes 2 episodes, 1 wouldn't simply be enough. |

| The tone whiplash of watching this after Flip Flappers is so fucking drastic man. Still though, the new foes introduced this episode are rather interesting actually. Pulling cards out of your ass seems really painful though. On another note, is there actually a benefit to being fat in Keijo? Sure, you might deal slightly more damage (I've been on the internet long enough to know that getting sit on by a fat person HURTS), but you're extremely slow at the same time. The speed is a major factor, as it would make you vulnerable to being ganged up, and you don't have much time to counter or recover from it because you know, you're slow. Seems like overweight players would have a niche in situation where the target for attack is trapped or distracted, but otherwise, utility is seemingly very few. |
