| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Apparently this ep was original for the anime, introducing Yuri (gunchick) and Yukizona (maskedood). Mysterious tree in the library basement now, too...I have my guesses as to what it is and what's going on. About the ep itself...eh, it was okay. I think it jumped around way too much though. Forgot to add about the next ep preview...FINALLY. |

| So, Volken's back next episode. Seriously, what is the point of his character? =/ He disappears for the majority of the series, and then finally returns out of nowhere? ...what the hell? As for the episode, I thought it was really good, honestly. I don't know. It just had a different feeling than the rest. The giant tree was interesting and this single self-contained storyline with Minth and his friend made for a good episode. BitchMaster said: Flat?!!! Seriously, are they mentally retarded?!!! | Am I right thinking that the masked guy was voiced by Konishi Katsuyuki? xP Also, the girl is anything but flat o.O I wish I had a chest like that, lol. Volken's coming to town! Nakamura will be back the next episode, hell yes x3 Why does the tree absorb the books though? Can't they be just stored in the library? |

| Very good episode for one that's supposed to be original material for the anime. Two new characters introduced, the big secret of the library hinted at, a lot of manipulations from the part of Hamyuts and Matt, and a preview showing Volken's return. Quite interesting, even if the animation was as bad as you can make it nowadays. |

| Is the tree "Bantorra?" I'm pretty sure the "Governor of Paradise" was mentioned before. For some reason I'm correlating it with the previous Director of the library, but who knows. There was little context for any of the bigger stuff that happened in the episode. |

| I think it's in reference to the side characters. The tree seems to be too big to just add all of a sudden. |

| I guess the tree was a human before it turned into a tree. What if the tree is Rascall Othello...as it seems connected to both the librarians and the Church maybe with the whole "Governor of Paradise" saying.. Why the hell is Volken coming back? do i really have to see him pms again......??!! Liked an episode of Bantorra after a long time. Decent Greighn story. |

| Well, interesting story, but i'm glad the true plot comes with the next episode, which is today. xD Though, there are a lot of aspects i can't seem to understand in Bantorra, like who is the main character after all. I have to say that i liked the past episodes more than 16... |

| Great episode as far as plot. Really liked the background on Minth. Didn't really think Yuri wearing her underwear for half the episode added anything, it was kinda lowbrow. Logic: Books are made of trees, so tree eats book made of peoples! I don't even know.... huh? |

| aw wow, he had to kill his friend, who regretting every single thing he did. that's really sad, man. nice episode, was getting sick of that lascollo one. or maybe that's because it took me three days to finish the first ep. these arcs are pretty small now that i think about it. |

| Finally get Minth's past. We also get new characters! Yuri and Yukizona. I FREAKING KNEW! Yuri's voice is Rina Saotu. Didn't even need to look at the database to check :) Yuri looks hot as hell!! Though she's kinda lightweight when it comes to drinking :P We got some Zombie action! Greihn knows he can keep hiding like this. |
