He makes "deals" with regular people using these powers and each person always breaks the deal (b/c humans gonna human) and he punishes them with his powers. But it's clear that he does something more to the people that causes them to break the deal, people go somewhat deranged. Most of the show is preying on the psychology of the regular people. He's manipulates their fragile shell with grandeur ideas, letting them reach a euphoric high, before pulling the run out from under them mentally breaking them and their spirit. | If Shokugeki no Souma OVA will never be splitted, then at least add Shokugeki no Souma: Ni no Sara as another "parent story" relation. Because the 3rd and 4th OVA is the second season's "side story", and probably even a "sequel", since both of them take place right after the Stagiaire Arc ended (second season's last episode). 3rd OVA Shūgetsu no Meguriai : the synopsis said it all. 4th OVA Tōtsuki Jyukketsu : The next chapter after the second season's last episode which also have the same title. Or just simply rename and approve this : Shokugeki no Souma: Ni no Sara OVA |
