One Piece is overrated. It's fine but there are better things out there.

Edit: And another thing I forgot to mention, HxH is not the best thing ever to be created. It's really good but it has flaws. The ant arc was tedious and the lack of closure was also a big problem.

I think what he means is that Shippuden's highs are outstanding, which is true. The Kakuzu & Hidan Arc as well as the Pain arc were fabulous. The music was also incredibly high quality, it just got repetitive after 450 episodes.
