| Well, this direction was unexpected, lol. Not complaining though. Anyway, regardless of all that lesbian stuff, my favorite part of this chapter was definitely the conclusion to the Sugar Mountain arc, with Johnny & Gyro's toast (and everything leading up to it). The powers of Tubular Bells seems rather interesting as well. |
| Lol the shoujo-ai part! I always forget Lucy is 14. Best part of the chapter was the beginning, made me tear up a bit. Johnny & Gyro's friendship is on another level. The conclusion of this arc was unexpected. |

| 14 year old american girl with an eye of Jesus reads a lesbian Kamasutra in order to seduce the president's wife, nice. The part with Gyro and Johnny was very heartwarming. I didn't quite understand why Gyro got turned into a 'fruit' and Johnny didn't, but I enjoyed Johnny's reaction a lot. It's obvious how much my boy was struggling, because he was about to lose the only two things that mattered to him in the world - the corpse that gave him a reason for living and a hope for a better future, and his beloved and respected friend. Was he saying "sorry" because of a brief thought that he could get away with the corpse with only Gyro being turned into a fruit? It was left ambiguous, but nevertheless he chose his friend over the corpse and had a nice toast with him. I even teared up. The referenced song, "Sugar mountain", goes extremely well with this part, too. Quite melancholic. |

| Johnny is very realistic. Sure, it didn't look good when he had those intrusive thoughts of betraying Gyro, even if he didn't really thought about doing so. It was so beautiful when he traded the Corpse's Parts to "use them up" in order to save Gyro. I like that kind of moments showing true friendship between the characters. Lucy's arc is gonna be interesting. She is being pursued and she decided to somehow finish her mission and most of all survive with her husband. |

| I almost thought that Johnny's a buster who'd let his friend die to get what he wants. It's too bad that the only person he could've traded it with was the enemy but at least it's not over yet. I was so busy being worried for Lucy's safety because of the guy who had Tubular Bells so I definitely did not expect to get some girl-on-girl action in Part 7 or JoJo for the matter. It's a bit peculiar that it's a secret affair between a 14-year old and the First Lady of the United States but this is all part of her plan and this is also some good shit right here! |
