Usually half an hour, or up to 45 minutes. If I'm going to straighten my hair thats another 45 minutes ontop of that, though because its winter and therefore very wet and foggy, I'm sticking to mousse which only takes 5 minutes to apply and tame my out of control curls.

I know someone who takes 2-3 hours to get ready every day, she has to wake up stupidly early every morning :s

i know, it just sucks that people assume im gay, even though im fit. god; we need more good looking people.

Seriously. Everyone's so damn worn out and stuff, we need more glitz and glamour. Everyone should be fabulous, in my ideal world anyway.

It takes more time choosing my wardrobe than washing/hair/makeup all together.
I wonder if other girls here are like that?
100% the case for me. Everything else, like hair and make up needs to coordinate with my outfit in the first place.

I use a lot of time in the mornings. Because of it being morning.
But I just use some seconds to wash my face and attempting to de-zombiefy myself before lumbering out.
Ah, the joys of being a man.

I'm a girl, but I don't wear makeup, and I just comb my hair. Total time spent every day: 30 seconds.

ordinary comb: $2
no makeup: $0
feeling all comfortable being just me: priceless

I don't. I just comb my hair and put moisturiser on my face. I don't see the point in dressing up for school...it's just school. If I was going to a wedding or a major celebration like Eid, I may spend up to 1 hour on hair and make up. But even then its rare thing, and those type of events are few and far apart.

Since my hair is so short, it takes less than two minutes. For the makeup it takes ten minutes, but that's only if I want keep it simple.

I comb my hair and then wash my face with soap and cold water. The best make up to me is just a clean face.

I need at least an hour and a half to work on my hair, make up and outfit for the day. Mostly because I'm a huge perfectionist, so I'm incredibly fussy of how everything is. Especially my hair. Straightening takes some serious time and dedication. Curling does too. Not to mention it takes me ages to pick an outfit for the day.

For my hair... if it's not relaxed or have braids, it takes me forever to deal with it.
The only thing I put on my face is chapstick. Special occasions it's lip gloss.
Showering takes me 30 mins to an hour. I love to relax.
Don't get me started on my wardrobe. Ugh, takes me forever.

I get out of the shower.
I dry my hair.
I comb my hair.
I dry my hair again.
I comb it again.
If my hair doesn't look wet and I don't have a random cowlick I am done.

I'm a male, but I do pay more attention to my own appearance than most guys.

Takes me 20-30 minutes to straighten my hair--if I choose to do so, because my hair is naturally extremely curly.

Otherwise I may be lazy or running late, then I just put on a beanie to hide my hair, and that takes approximately eight seconds, which is not including straightening the beanie to maximal appearance value.

And of course I don't wear make-up. Hah.

About... 10 minutes.
Sometimes, if I'm in the mood, I can take longer.

Makeup - quick foundation and concealer + blush (I don't wear eye makeup), and grab some wax and smack it in my hair, mess it around and out I go.

Back when I still have ultra long hair (past my waist) it was a daily ritual to wash and brush it, let alone the styling. Easily an hour of my day... every day. It was a lot of hair to work with and took a great deal of effort to keep maintained.

Then I cut it all off. Now I don't even brush my hair. I wash it, and... that's it. All that's needed. I love it. A few minutes in the shower and I'm done.

As for makeup, I've never really used it at all. Friends have assaulted me with it in the past, but that kind of thing was pretty rare. I've also used nailpolish a couple times. Otherwise, nothing. I don't see the point, it's a huge waste of money and time for absolutely no reason at all. I can think of far better things to spend money on, and put the effort in to.

Well, ideally, I'd de-zombiefy by waking up at 12-ish and then spending at least 30 minutes slowly eating breakfast while watching some anime. But alas.

Also, the thing about make-up, I think the women should decide that for themselves, really :/ My girlfriend wears no make-up and she's pretty just like that. Some of my family members in the same age group do wear make-up though, and I don't see why they shouldn't. If they decide to do so, why not?

some girls just don't need make up! I take 5 minutes tops to get ready...I'm just about brushing my hair! I'm not gorgeous but I do have a boyfriend who likes me..so I don't really care about make up..only some times on especial ocasions, like parties!

I spend no time on my hair. My hair is short enough as it is that I doesn't require any combing.

For me its like an hour and 30 min.Sometimes less depends on how i am doing my hair that day.

Your question pisses me off. Oh wait, sorry you wouldn't know I'm 47 and damn near bald :)

Takes me 3 minutes to wash if I go slowly and almost 3 minutes to dry and brush whats there to where I want it.

Now my son (the lucky little shit), probably has a nicer longer head of hair than most of you girls. Thick blasted awesome hair (mother's side). I think he routinely takes 30 minutes washing and drying and brushing it.

Man the cosplay options he's got with that hair of his.
While not technically anime, currently I am a big fan of Hatsune Miku.
At least I can go see her in concert.

Depends on where I'm going ^^;;

For work or clinical: <5 min. to quickly apply some (wax pencil) eyeliner and brush my hair and throw it into a ponytail.

Otherwise, for every day stuff (e.g. going to class, the mall): roughly 10 min. to do the above plus liquid eyeliner. Add another few minutes to that if I mess up and have to redo something D:

For times I want/need to dress up: probably about 20-30 minutes, because I'll actually use foundation, powder, eye shadow, and a touch of blush on top of the eyeliner and, depending on how my hair is, I might straighten it out a bit, too.

Add about 5 min. to any of the above if I need to dry my hair.

LOL, as a guy maximally 5 minutes. Still aside of that, I (nearly) can't stand girls who spend more then 10 minutes on hair and makeup (no matter where they go). It just feels as if they want to hide their inner self behind some fake barrier... but that's probably just me.

I stopped brushing my hair when it got cut really short when I was like, 13 and it didn't need brushing. Now that it's long again (and has been for years), I just never got back into the habit. Then again, I don't have very good hygiene in general. When I went to school I did many, many, many mad dashes, 20 minutes from waking up to being at my desk (and usually late anyway). Good thing I lived a few miles from school.

I spend less than a minute on my hair because with one or two brushes it goes right where I want it to go. My girlfriend, on the other hand, it's a whole different story. She usually spends like 30 minutes only on her hair. Also she's got a friend that spends nearly 2 hours doing his hair, brushing it with a ceramic-hot hairbrusher thing WTF! Every single time we are going out with her it's the same thing lol!

I purposely tried to do it quickly today, but I couldn't get it under 10 minutes. Part of the problem is that my hair is unmanagable... It alternates between being wavy and really thick (like, sculpt it into shapes with my hand) and really curly (pic), so it's hard to get it to cooperate.

"When he will, the weary world
Of the senses closely curled
Like a serpent round his heart
Shakes herself and stands apart."

My hair is really curly so when I wake up I have to wash it then put some spray mouse so it doesn't frizz usually takes around 15-20mins to dry now if I'm straightening my hair [ rarely ever happens since its long on top of it] that takes close to about 2hrs -0- & My make-up about 5-10mins I just like eye makeup & some lip-gloss.
