Some good character development for Kanie and Isuzu.

It was nice seeing all those emotions and facial expressions on Isuzu :3

Their bond is getting stronger ^^

indeed its brilliant trimmings to decorate princes ,but somewhat dictatorial management for her former position.

Huehuehue great episode overall but less oppais >.<

I think that Isuzu is very annoying for being so cold hearted, i LOVED it when she got told off by Kanie. Sento then became more kawaii after that xD

Boy Latifa can be so cute, and god damn you Kanie being alone in Ferris Wheel Ride with Latifa-sama? Lucky bastard!

This episode 5/5 i guess. Hope more development of epic things that actually bring in tons of visitors to this park at once. I want to see something epic, something large scaled. Something that No Game No Life would do. Not just some typical tryhard ecchi fanservice that gets us nowhere.

And please more Sento and the elementaler girls in bikinis. I'd pay to go there everyday.

Wait...what did the pink cat showed to Isuzu? a censored .. long shaped... thing..
Ah, lol the kids are scary and smart at the same time. Look at the one that pin Isuzu's leg, such view. Good relationship development between Kanie and Isuzu.

The dragon at the end... Will this anime ended up like dragon and dungeon? go and slay the dragon and save the park! woo!!

Those kids with those faces and actions xD
Seiya is quite reliable to handle all those things so fast! Though one did lead to the flood.
Isuzu's way of handling matters ^^ No compromising, stand and fight and threaten people with her gun!
Been called dead weight, the tension :O
Seiya being aerophobic and met Latifa when he was younger.
Isuzu effectively handling the flood problem and telling her background being a military one.

Seiya was a little cool with him telling Isuzu to not get hung up on stuff ^^

She is good in managing in times of crisis. She is a soldier. She is not good in managing in times of peace - that why Kanie is brought in.

The theme is technician vs performer.

Isuzu is a soldier. She follows orders by the book. She is a technician but that prevents her from having a broader perspective of things.

Kanie was an actor. He performs his theatrics to his audiences. He is a performer but that means he lacks decisiveness and resolve in times of emergency.

Two in Harmony Surpasses One in Perfection. Individually they are great but they can't get the job done but together they can do it!

This is what I think.

So Latifa has a weak constitution eh...

Isuzu got beaten by a bunch of kids, now that was quite surprising as they looked really evil T.T

Seiya's a real boss and badass at managing the park.

Isuzu sure likes to convince people with her guns a lot XD.

Poor girl... Isuzu snapped T.T

Dem boobs doe...

Ah, considering how Seiya is acting he's clearly afraid of heights, just like I am.

A sniper rifle... wtf... where did they get money for it XD?

So Isuzu's an imperial soldier, now that's quite interesting.

Hmmm, Seiya x Isuzu, Seiya x Latifa and Seiya x Moffle for those of you with certain fantasies I guess XD.

Was that a dragon or something along those lines...

Those kids at the beginning. They are tiring out the employees.

Isuzu is being harsh with the cast members. She did a good job to solve the flooding case.

Not bad. I'm happy nothing happen to Latifa. They had me worried with that cliffhanger. I guess this is what was troubling Isuzu last ep when she was acting funny? I'm glad it got resolved with those two covering their own shortcomings the park most likely will reach its goal.

I am glad we had a bit more of Isuzu this episode since we haven't really had much of a background from her. It was quite harsh when Kanie pointed out the truth about Isuzu being "dead weight" and how it was used to ran the park, but he made his point clear. They are definitely improving.

I think this episode was fantastic, actually.
I feel like the his 'manager duty" montage was very efficient, and at a brisk pace. I don't feel like it's slow at all. With this one episode he pretty much turned around every single department to doing something productive or lessening their biggest burden. If they would have rushed past this, I feel like it would have been unrealistically fast to turn a theme park around.
I'm loving the music. The piano melody is much catchier than almost anything else this season to me. At least, it's one of the few songs from the season I'd actually want to learn on my piano.

And of course, the star of this episode was Gun Girl. Her situation felt very real, and the drama didn't feel enhanced in any way. It felt like a natural problem between her and Kanie.

This is still one of my favorite non-sequel anime this season, up there with Parasyte and Bahamut, to round out the top three.

I'm sold, this episode was great, I like that they are semi-serious about the subject matter which is the management of the park. Not just crazy gag of the week plot, I like when kyoani get serious.

Both seiya and sento were amazing, seiya was already great but sento is climbing up my fav. chart. Great character writing, its consistently fun, pretty sure this format of fun to serious will continue so I'm happy.
Latifa rubs me the wrong way though she reminds me of the princess of aldnoah zero from last season and I still can't find my heart and soul to like her even a little bit, she was bland I hope she was dead after the last episode, which the prospect of her dead is slim if they want to continue the season

Out of the four fantastic shows today, this is my favourite next to psycho pass 2 and a lie in april

This show just keeps getting better and better.

This episode had everything!
- Backstory about the 2 main protagonists
- intense scene ( i loved the music there)
- Lots of emotional scenes ( from The beautiful sunset to the gloomy rain)
- Lots of comedy
- A good cliffhanger/ending :-D

AMAZING! 5/5

I absolutely lost it when the kids overpowered Isuzu. XD

A bit slower paced compared to the previous episodes, but it was overall still enjoyable. Humor was as great as before, and it was nice to hear a little more backstory on the main characters.

Looking forward to next week's episode! ENTER THE DRAGON.

The pace was slow, but there was development for Kanie and Isuzu. I finally see Kanie's weakness, he wanted to keep it a secret but they both open up to each and tells their backstory. Those two have more to learn from each other since both show some skills in which the other does not. Nice to see other character interactions as well especially the Elementario girls since they're an interesting bunch. The dragon got me interested at the end. I wonder what role that thing is gonna play in the story?

It was funny how Isuzu got overpowered by the kids. I was kinda expecting them to flip her skirt.

After this episode I confirm that Isuzu is the best girl of the season, I thought the children would suffer in her hands, but that she was cornered by childrens, this scene was hilarious
Latifa is always cute, I want to know soon about her past with Seiya, already he is always solving everything with skill in the management, their arrogance and gesticulations are also great, was very funny to see him fix the safety equipment with a blow, I liked it him deepen its relationship with Isuzu
and now a dragon? want to see soon the next episode ..

Great episode. I think this episode especially showed off the excellent visuals this show has.

Seeing development for Isuzu was nice, and I like how we finally got some backstory on Seiya.

So I always thought those kids in the OP were construction workers wanting to tear the park down. But it seems I was very wrong. They're just psychotic kids.

I think the flood scene was well done actually. Because it was a make or break situation for the park, so seeing it dramatized didn't bother me at all. I really love this show.

Those toddlers need severe punishment for what they did to Sento-san how dare they treat her that way!!

Well it seems we found out i bit what's wrong with her relationship with Seiya and we found out a bit more about her as a person it seems she has her issues.
But she can be relied up on when it counts and that's what matters.
I still want to see more of her tho.

Well, we got a bit of development with Sento, and it was nice to see a drama-focused episode rather than a comedy-focused or fanservice-focused one, but there's still not much to praise. It's just so... average. It certainly won't be memorable, at this rate.

kinda bad transition to OP
I would prefer if the OP was played at the beginning of the episode. A direct transition from scene 1 to scene 2 would be better than the transition from scene 1 to OP.

Kanie's laugh was glaringly awkward. *bleh* I'm pretty sure you could emulate it by just laughing for like one second and playing it over multiple times.

What was with that dragon-thing at the end of the episode? The animation of moving in the sky over Amaburi leading up to that was really similar to the animation of moving in the sky that played during Kanie's talk to Isuzu about his fear of heights and quitting showbiz.
I don't consider myself a good judge.

Well yeah .. A bit over-reacting drama that bugged me, but that's current KyoAni for you. The gun jokes are obviously more than annoying and a lot of characters just give me this "meh" expression. BUT, I like the MC and I liked the bit of development with the best girl, if it wasn't for the nice quality and the character design I would've dropped this long ago.
