Moralian invasion?

What an odd name for those things. Anyways, good to know the show is fleshing out its content. Really curious to see where is going now with that little cliffhanger. Lol @ the dance moves.

Mega Drive is so timid and she can't dance either while Sega Saturn and Dreamcast got some decent moves.

This came to mind while watching, so it's more-or-less just a curious thought, but Sega's not that popular in Japan, right? It could just be the Sonic games that are the least popular of the Sega titles there, but does Sega typically not do well in Japan? Maybe back in the day with the Saturn, Dreamcast, and Genesis consoles, but I don't think so these days. And considering this is made for the Sega fanboys and fangirls, would that mean the ratings would show this? So what makes them think a moe-style will work in bringing in the ratings if not many viewers are going to understand, let alone care about what's going on?

I don't know... The style bugs me anyway and the voices are a bit grating, so when there's not much Sega fanservice going on in a given scene, I just get bored of it.

Only the systems up to the Mega Drive and it's add ons sold badly in Japan, the Saturn and Dreamcast did well (Dreamcast died later in Japan and much earlier in the West). Sonic was only modestly popular in Japan while it's a household name elsewhere.

As for the ratings you are pretty much correct however, it only needs to sell around 1-1.5k BD/DVDs to turn out ok since it's an advertisement for Sega games and Sega's history.

Dreamcast imagination of how Saturn's future life would be was pretty funny. That "foreign accent" when she was talking on behalf of that baseball player though. XD

Mega Drive's attempt at being cute was almost moe. :3

Not sure what to think of what i just saw.
The dancing part certainly isn't my thing and the first part wasn't very appealing either.

Saturn looks interesting tho.

The marriage and the baseball player part get me
thinking of Anger Management (comedy show) :O

Weather girls and space channel 5 parts were funny
love when Saturn said: "its for the fan service".

seems like they broke Mega Drive :P

Did we just get a Sega Bass Fishing reference?! 10/10!!!

Man got so hyped when I saw Jet Set Radio in the opening. I really hope a episode gets dedicated to that.

And Space Channel 5. Oh how I miss thee. Kinda wished for alittle more but we have next episode I guess.

What are the chances of Space Michael appearing next episode? Probably zero, but it'd be cool if he did.

Maybe. But she might overcome her fears and wow us with her performance next week.

OP: Animation - 3.1/5, Song is yet to be rated.

Sega Saturn is my fave among them <3

It seems this show has patterns for introduction first and real game play for the next.

I think next epi will be great!

3.5/5

Mega Drive's attempt at acting cute lol. Not a fan of the reserved types. The way these episodes are cut off is annoying as hell.

I have no idea, where is that idea about foreign players quickly becoming bad comes from.. Nowadays lots of players are from abroad, and percentage getting higher.. So they are valued on the competitive scene..
