| Saiga Mitsuki has the deepest voice out of all the female seiyuus I’ve heard from. When I first heard her in Umineko Chiru, I thought it was a man voicing her character. In fact, I thought she was a dude after seeing pics. Almost all of her characters are male or androgynous. |
