Not only the best Tales game, but the best JRPG I ever played in general imo. Best combat, best cast, best graphics, best everything. Downside is it's a 360 exclusive so good luck finding it. OT: Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II. Very fun so far like the first game. |

| I just got every single achievement in Dark Souls 1, with specialized characters (all pyromancy with a pyromancer, miracles on miracle user girl, sorceries on my sorceress, and mostly everything else on my main katana-guy). No regrets, this game is still awesome. |

I found ranged characters, like hunters and sorcerers to be actually easier on almost every boss. Some of them can be much harder though, at least for me (like Nito and the Four Kings). They are equally satisfying fights though. The Capra demon still gets me almost every time -_- Those dogs always get in the way... I never use shields. They are not bad, far from it. It's just that they don't really fit my playstyle. I want to avoid attacks by precise dodging, not just by holding up a shield (though parrying also requires good timing). I just like dodging and rolling more :D But perhaps I will make a black knight or something some day, just for change. |
