| Great season!!! :D I thoroughly enjoyed each episode and each basketball game. 10/10 for me because it was such fun to watch! I am sad that its over and I am desperately waiting for a season 3! This episode was great, but as someone said earlier in this thread the last scene seemed inconclusive. I felt they left off on such a weird note. anyway great anime! |

| That was a good season, It's a little overrated but was still really fun to watch, dat hype was crazy. I would say 8/10 I liked the first season a bit more just because of all of the first gen of miracles, Looking forward to their game with kise! |

Though, this scene stunned me too, especially because I have not yet read the manga. |

But still, if you look at the scene again, Kuroko's head was about 10 cm above Murasakibara's. Even if Mura didn't bend his knees (which he did), Kuroko needed only to jump about 50 cm. So in likelihood, Kuroko jumped about 40 cm (16 inch). |

| Uhm uhm.. did the episode just ended that way, with Kagami chasing after Himuro and Kuroko looked back? LOL. But I guess, they can't introduce the certain someone yet? Anyway, the basketball aspect of the series wasn't that great, what's good about the series is the feels, and I got so much for Murasakibara here. Seriously, fuck plot armor, Protagonist Kagami: "I will exceed my limits as much as I need to!" -slams ball in- Antagonist Himuro: "He can't jump? Impossible!" Murasakibara: "Don't be ridiculous, the hoop's right there!" -shoot and got blocked by Kuroko (shortest player in the team)- Whatever, at least Kuroko looked cool. I can't wait for Akashi vs Midorima, man that would be so awesome. I am not hyped about |

| Dear god this series is amazing XD I'm sooooo hype for season 3 Right now. I don't know if this is the last episode or if there is one more but man this has been a crazy ride. was sweating all the way through the last 2 Episodes. Murasakibara in the zone was scary I REALLY need a screenshot of that. That cry though man dem feels. Sucks he lost right in front of the goal I'd might cry like that too. One thing though that I can relate to a little bit is when last episode when Murasakibara was gonna quit I think it was truly because he loves basketball and was just afraid of failure. (Side note: dang he's such a tsundere - v -) Sooo yay 10/10. If there is one episode though I hope we can get a little Akashi foreshadowing if ya know what I mean ;3 |

| If I were the animation screenwriter, I'd add more exposition to the Meteor Jam scene. Kagami jumps from the free throw line after his line about being an ace. Flashback to Kagami beating Murasakibara with the airwalk. Murasakibara (thinking): He's trying to do THAT. In that case, if I can't beat him in the air, I'll just jump a little later and block him right at the rim since I know he's going to dunk. Kagami yelling and rising in the air. Murasakibara: (thinking) Right now (YELLS) Don't underestimate me, KAGAMI! Kagami continuing to yell and rise in the air. Murasakibara (thinking): He's still rising... Wait, something is wrong. The trajectory of his jump, it's too high. He's not going to reach the rim at this rate. Cut to Alex's line about Mirage shot and Meteor Jam. Basically Murasakibara learned from his mistake during Kagami's airwalk and decided to jump a little later to block Kagami at the rim but it didn't matter because the Meteor Jam is executed at a distance from the rim. Anyone saw Midorima holding his lucky item while leaving the arena? Knowing that Midorima secretly supports Seirin, it is no coincidence that Murasakibara's knees buckled at the end. It's the power of Midorima's lucky item! :) The explanation about the Mirage Shot is so better in the anime. It was so confusing in the manga scanlations. Essentially the 2nd release is higher than the 1st release. The first release is a feint made when Himuro is low and his opponent is high. The 2nd release is normally made when Himuro is at the apex and his opponent starts falling. Kiyoshi tricked Himuro into making the first (low) release and Hyuga blocked it. |
| I'm pretty annoyed with how they paced this second season. Wth kind of an "end" was that? If they hadn't spent so much time on each game, there would have been time to at least include Kagami and Himuro's conversation (I don't read the manga but I assume they chat) and Seirin firing up engines for the next game. 6/10 overall. Btw, has anyone else been paying attention to how often they say "impossible!" in this series? Kinda hilarious with how cheat codery their abilities are :P |

Their chat is preceded by the introduction of a new character. Introducing a new character at the very end of the season will make for a terrible cliffhanger that will make the season finale worse. If you are so bothered, just pretend the epilogue didn't happen. |

| Murasakibara... ;~; I cried for him so much! It's really sad that even though he denies it so much, he really loves basketball in the end and even though he was in the zone, he lost... Must have been a great shock for him. Yeah, I'm kinda curious about how Kagami and Himuro's conversation went, but I'm pretty satisfied with the way it turned out. I mean, what better than an open ending that lets us anticipate S3 even more? :P Just one more thing to look forward to, man. |

| My heart keeps pumping like it can't stop... blood rushed all over my body as I watch this last episode... Kagami, Kuroko, Kiyoshi, Hyuga, Izuki, Seirin and everyone... Damn... And Kagami's Meteor Jam <3 ... Kuroko blocking Murasakibara in the end... Murasakibara is cute when he's crying :3 It felt like a cliffhanger after Kuroko gave Kagami the ring and he ran after him... Can't wait for fall... this season is epic... 9/10 xDDD |

| Great final episode!! I have to say that this was a very good adaption from the manga and the matches were so intense. Glad to see Murasakibara entering the Zone even if it was for a brief moment at the end but Kiyoshi making his return turned the game around and off course with that block that Kuroko did at the last second. Overall I loved this season and it was a great continuation from the previous season and the action, story, characters and concept were at top notch as usual. Being a basketball player myself, I could really feel the passion of sport that the players put into and this is definitely as good as Slam Dunk. Good introduction of new characters of Alex with the OST music used efficiently in this season and it left at the point where it could still be continued. Should there be a third season would depend on how popular the anime series is but I have to say that this was definitely as good as the first season, if not better and definitely deserves a sequel as hopefully we can see the match against Kaijo and Rakuzan. Final Scores: Art/Animation: 10/10 Story/Plot: 9.5/10 Characters: 10/10 Music: 9.5/10 Overall Score: 10/10 Episode Rating: 5/5 |
