Our new little magician, Gen Asagiri, seems to be on course to officially joining Senku's Science Kingdom but I wonder how legit that really is. I'll be very disappointed if he turns out to backfire on Senku because of a Harem at Tsukasa's place, on a serious note. Hilarious though how he's managed to use his speciality on two occasions now, hopefully the villagers don't find him out. Hearing him say "Cola" was quite the shock though. Some really eerie facial expressions here and there though, I've to say. Meanwhile, looks like Tsukasa is having doubts after all.

Some more gold comedic moments throughout the episode, Senku not holding back with his intent in response to that flirt was lol moment of the episode for me. Ginro's Gin blade and Anpanman impersonation due to that lacquer rash used as a sacrifice scene were hilarious. And Kohaku is just best girl as always!

I'm so excited that Gen is in the show now! And Magma was introduced too. Now that i think about it, there isn't any character in this anime/manga that i don't like.

I loved the part where they used Kinro's spear to conduct the lightning... poor guy loved his special spear after all haha Also as someone who is scared of the dark, the light bulb creation was very satisfying to me!

Exactly, my friend. I was quite triggered when I saw this scene in manga and it triggered less, but still, after seeing it adapted into the anime.

That's not my issue, infact some of the filaments used when trying to come up with a viable light bulb were made of carbon(guess what bamboo is mainly made out of), my problem and why it took almost 300 years since people found out that if you run a current through a wire/filament it gives off light, is that it would burn out in second unless the current is so low that the amount of light is not meaningful but by the amount of light it is shown it should have gone off the exact instant it got powered, though I would guess that's just the show runners over dramatizing the whole thing.

BTW copper is a good conductor therefore has little resistance, to make light you need resistance so that the material heats up and gives off light.
