| Seems like I was right guessing that today it would get interesting. As hinted at the end of the previous episode, Misaki is actually responsible for capturing the Misaka-Clone. Although it seems that she has affected more people than one might guess. I'm also not sure if she is the "big evil person" behind all this, she doesn't even act alone. So she is probably just a tool for some other organization. But with all of Misakas friends turned against her we might head into something similar to the sisters-arc in the previous season. Misaka going all alone against the whole world, rescuing the sisters, fighting bad guys and getting everything back to where it was. With the right pacing this might turn out to be another good action show. |

| Misaka's emotions felt so real to me holy moly, great job so far J.C Staff for animating her expressions really well and also being consistent so far in animation and adapting this great arc. |

| That was better than I expected. The art, animation, attention to detail and lines delivery is just so on point, something about the scene with Misaka integrating those 2 guys felt so real and enjoyable to watch, you can tell that the voice actors and animators put their heart into these scenes and creat heavy stuff even from minor scenes like this. It makes me both happy and sad at the time seeing as how JC staff CAN produce quality stuff but they simply chose to drop the balls on Index III hard. |
| Well, after this episode, I believe that few will complain about what they have seen: the narration now has a taste, compared to before, much better, not that it was bad previously, but this spice addition gave that pleasantness that makes the episode much more interesting, intriguing and engaging. Now in broad terms the plot of this narrative arc is clear. Excellent drawings and animations, very nice to see the backgrounds. The comic side was not bad, but not the best. |

| Awww yes baby. We’ve had our fun but now it’s time to get serious. It’s the world vs misaka, just like from the sisters arc. Although I still don’t know why she still wants to keep the clones a secret, actually, HOW are these 10,000 lookalikes still a secret? Do they HAVE to be a secret? Anyway. I’m glad that starting from this episode, the events here take place after the festival arc from index II, not during. Because it wouldn’t make sense to see misaka in index as completely fine while she’s going through all this. She is deeply troubled, but she put the cap on for a moment there, and now detective misaka has been activated. Although she already found out the culprit, now it’s time to take them down and to realize what her adversary’s motivations are. Please be more complex than just simply jealousy that she’s ranked higher. That would be super dumb. And I asked this question at the start of railgun s when this mind control chick was introduced- this hoe needs to be put in CHECK man!!! Sure lots of these espers need to be watched like a hawk but mind control is on a different level, not to mention freaking memory loss! This is the equivalent of just leaving a few nuclear warheads on the street. This lady is potentially dangerous and needs to be monitored constantly. Oh wait this is anime never mind. But still there has to be basic common sense in play.... Don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining, I’m really not, instead I’m super invested and excited right now. I’m just so happy that the events that are unfolding are actually INTERESTING to me, unlike the drag of the arcs from index. Aight peace out for now onto the next episode |

| I'm kinda surprised Misaki is even allowed to use her power so freely or that there's no precautions around her. Her power seems completely busted and it can do so much damage without the affected even knowing about it. Getting really interesting though. |

| Hm.. That looks very suspicious, why this director/teacher, whoever that woman is.. Why would she give Misaka to look after to exactly Misaki's company?.. This is very suspicious.. Hm, so she is being controlled?.. Hm.. Does Misaki really hate Mikoto that much, so that she erases memories about her in her friends?.. Why she does that?.. ... Like.. Is her plan to get all higher than her own levels kidnapped, then killed, or something, and erase all people' memories about them existing at all, so that she will become first level 5, or something?.. Is that it?.. Well, could be anything at this point, I guess.. Could as well be someone else's plan.. Well, we'll see with time, I guess.. |

| Took four episodes but finally a prolonged appearance for best girl Kuroko. But the sad part is whatever happened in the second half kind of spoiled the fun mood. Misaki wiping memories of people left and right kinda irked me, I mean motives and all aside, I just don't like whenever we get this "memory loss" thing in the writing. Not going to lie, I already don't like her. Heck even the memories of Kuroko, Uiharu and Saten as well.. Misaka was right when she said this is crossing line. Sigh, we just can't have good-natured level 5's. |

Anyway, how could Academy City let someone with such dangerous powers roam free without imposing restrictions on her? I guess the upper levels of Academy City don't care since they have countermeasures against all sorts of power, like that device that disables diffusion fields from Index. |
