| Man I felt sorry for Saber all she ever sought was the grail only for her master to be the one to stop her. I would love to see a match between Kirei and Souichirou Kuzuki (from F/SN). Seeing Kiritsugu in the grail I understand him better and for the first time I saw his emotion of the child like delusion falling before him. Rider too has much more mana than the average Servant.With Waver using the Seals that was increased even more.Berserker too had just been defeated. |

| I don't know if I want to be emotional or dreadful of what Kiritsugu did in this episode, those illusions of his seems realistic but just an imitation of the Holy Grail. But still wants to protect the people from his vision and will stay like that. The fighting scenes were again amazing especially on Kirei vs Kiritsugu. Oh wow that ending scene where he wants the Holy Grail to be destroyed. |

| Saber and Berserker's fight was meh, would have needed at least one more episode :/ Kiritsugu and Kirei's fight was great. Though I didn't know that command spells can be used on oneself? I didn't get how Kirei did that. I wonder how Kirei's gonna survive after what happened (I would have shot him a few more times if I were Kiritsugu though). Hopefully not some magic bullshit. So the grail is actually all evil (I actually forgot that it was mentioned or not in F/SN, but it probably was). And it can't properly grant Kiritsugu's wish so it sucks :/ I like how they don't actually explain anything about why it is so and who the heck is Angra Mainyu (unless it's gonna be next episode). I looked him up though. It really sucks that Kiritsugu could have gotten his wish granted were it in an earlier war. I feel sad for Saber getting all confused on what's wrong with Kiritsugu and his command :S Kiritsugu appearing there and making the command twice was kind of cool :D |

| This was by far my favorite episode of the entire series (at least, so far; haven't seen the last episode yet). Why are there so many people bitching about it for retarded reasons such as death scenes or even "whirlwind" punch (which sounds ridiculous)? Not every death in the world has to be dramatic as hell, you know? It pisses me off how these fake excuses for anime lovers can rate an episode low because it's merely a tiny bit different from the LN. True fact: Light novels are not perfect. The worst I've seen was when people called out IS 2 for having too much fan service and being a disgrace to the light novels, when the LN had an extra 2 volumes-worth of fan service. Favorite episode by far. 5/5 |

| Kiritsugu vs Kirei was awesome and heart poundingly intense. I had a feeling the Holy Grail was too good to be true, everything comes at a price. That vision was mindblowing, especially watching Kiritsugu kill visions of his own family. Kiritsugu commanding Saber to destroy the grail twice was really something else. I wonder how this is going to end. Onward to the conclusion. |
