| Otaku Hijikata made me cringe so much lol I feel really bad for him. Tbh, I think I'm disliking more Okita than Itou. Although I don't know Itou well yet, it's known Hijikata and him never liked each other so Itou trying to end him like this isn't surprising or illogical at all. In the other hand, we have seen Hijikata helping Okita a lot (I just can't forget about the whole Okita's Arc), so the latter betraying Hijikata like that is a lot more infuriating. Although I never liked Okita, I never expected him to do such a bitch move. I hope they just don't brush it off at the end of the Arc tho, I like it when Arcs on episodic shows leave "marks/sequels" after they end, and it'd be nice to see Okita finally getting some karma. |

| Poor Toshi. Never thought that Okita would betray him like that. There must be some good reason for it, though. At least, that's what I really want to believe. Fortunately, The Odd Jobs Trio will finally appear in the next episode. It has only been one episode, and I was already starting to miss them a lot. |

| Took for granted a very serious tone for the start of this arc, but it turned out instead to be so much better than my expectations. Hijikata will pay hard for not listening to that swords guy, and Okita is a still somehow sort of funny jackass. I lost it when the former ran to the television to watch a majokko anime and changed his ringtone to a fitting one with the genre. At that point i was asking if this was the very first episode without the main three piece cast and the answer was revealed as yes, but it still was very entertaining. |
