So, he wanted to defeat the hamster, "the king of the forest" so that Ainz-sama could be known but he was dressed as "Momon-san", people don´t know they are the same. So by defeating him, Momon-san would get the credits and not Ainz-sama .. Plus, so far he as analytical about everything, but gets surprised when people found that hamster OP as fuck ? Well shouldn´t he know that already since he was called "king" .. for some reason he was considered king. Will we get a second season? I'm enjoying the series so far even though I didn´t like this episode but at this pace, we won´t even see Momon-sama / Ainz-sama at his full power :D .. |

HAHA...Ok bitches listen up.....this is the last of what you call slow world building...from here on out as a ln reader i will tell u ....this will be a full on bloodbath.....Corpses will cased....blood will be spilled....Epic battles of biblical proportions will rise and despair and horror will fall on to all who oppose the supreme overlord...with a hint of necrophilia and Wild erotica on ths side ^.^ volume 3 is nearly finished and the rest of the series will focus on vol 3. but what is even stranger ..u will notice when u read the novel further in...u will also see in the intro hints of things that show up in vol 4 and 5....which is leading me to the conclusion that this series is actually split cour...people who read the volume sand seen the intro will tell you the same thing. |

| Okay episode. Not a lot happened but we got to see more Nabe which is always a good thing. "Water flea, I will crush you beneath my feet" LOL. I know this probably won't be true but I'm clinging on to the hope that underneath her cold, steely exterior she actually does have a human-ish side who cares about the friends they're making. I found it hilarious how everyone else thought the hamster seemed 'wise' or 'powerful', even Nabe thought his eyes showed power. Ains is just like "WTF GUYS srsly" I'm not a huge fan of Nphirea as a character. His personality gets old really quickly and I hope he dies next episode honestly. I'm waiting to see the moment Lord Ains meets his match. Was he actually struggling to block the hamster's attack in the forest? |

| That shit was hilarious. All hail the conqueror of hamsters!!! Clementine at the end there...not good. Funny how everyone in the group and even the villagers looking out their windows were all stunned by the power and wisdom of the all mighty hamster...yet Momonga was beyond embarrassed. It'd be funny if even the guild was like "HOLY SHIT YOU BROUGHT THIS POWERFUL CREATURE TO US!!! You're automatic adamantine rank now!" I see we finally got some lyrics for the OP/ED this week too (at least for funi subs). Had no idea that ending was actually most English. Fucking based Funi TL though: get like, all of the English words and Jap TL right, but the one line sung in the song that blatantly says "don't wanna die, don't wanna cry" gets subbed as "I want eternity, don't wanna cry"...really Funi...how did you fuck that one up??? |

I thought we would not have this kind of episode, especially after I witnessed how the anime could have a slow yet full of characterization & interesting interaction in the previous episode. This episode feels like mainly dedicated to show us how good the protagonist is & how funny the Wise King of the Forest turned out to be. What a waste. Though it seems next episode would be interesting. |

If momon wasn't already as op as fuck he might have thought more of it, despite it being an overgrown hamster. :p |
| Great episode, it was quieter without much action, well, the secret of Momonga was discovered, but the highlight of the episode was even the giant hamster, first he pareceia rather weak and was easily won, and then Momonga still walks over he for the city, I laughed that scene as well as in the manga, next episode promises more action, I look forward to continue watching .. |
