| Nice, so it looks like our mc is going to be joining the BA ghoul clique. Excited for him. It looks like he'll have strong allies, and he should turn out strong himself since Rize was such a strong ghoul. Also looks like Hide knows what's going on. When did he figure it out (if he really did)? I wonder if he'll get involved in ghoul world affairs later on. |

| the censoring was obvious and awkward. that scene wasn't that bad that it needed that much censoring. good episode though. i was glad that touka and yoshimura helped bring kaneki back to his senses. hide now knows too and from his facial expression it looks like he's accepted it |

Anyway, I am loving Kana Hanazawa's character as Rize, she is the subconscious of Kaneki... I am feeling the chills. And lol at the joke in the end. Hahaha. |

| One thing I don't like about this anime, I must point out, is that everything is awfully over dramatic... I wish they'd tone it down a little. :( But man, I love the way Hide ran up behind Kaneki. It was so random. XD And Kaneki is pretty cute. The mask I see him in sometimes makes him look really cool. And with white hair, he looks so much cooler! (I'm sorry, I've got a thing for cute white haired guys...) The censors, oh my the censors! That scene at the end was somewhat out of place... But Kaneki just looked so cute in it, with those simple little dots for eyes... Especially from a distance!! X3 But still, from the opening it looks like some kind of love triangle between Toka, Kaneki and Rize. I'm sorry man, but I hope that doesn't become some kind of main aspect. I am not here for a romance with a girl like Toka, I just can't stand it when MCs get a love interest with those kind of girls... |

| I usually don't bitch about that sort of thing, but that censoring was obnoxious. As fuck. I'm starting to wonder how they're even gonna handle the later chapters. Anyway, the episode in itself was fine and the OP and ED looked and sounded very very very beautiful. I also note the good use of the different soundtrack throughout the episode. Nishi, you certainly look fine as hell but you've got the worst ringtone I've ever heard. |

| Some pretty uncomfortable censoring. I couldn't even tell what was happening in the first scene that would warrant it being censored in the first place. But, it was still a good episode. Also the OP was pretty awesome. |

| The censoring was bad, but I could still tell what was happening, thus it didn't really ruin anything for me. I'm in love with the opening, though. The song is amazing. Already have the full version. Amazing episode, I expect this to remain my favorite of the season from start until finish. |

| Wow that invert color censorship (or wtv you call it). I guess that just means they can un-invert that for the BD. Was still ugly though, yet better than the black screens where you don't even know what's going on. I was okay with the pacing last week, but somehow it felt faster here. Maybe I just forgot the first few chapters that the anime has adapted so far...and the OP (TK <3) already shows white hair Kaneki. It's probably like others feared, one cour with this pacing :( |

| I really liked the first episode. But this... The animation quality was overall pretty bad/lazy. The pacing did seem fast to me as well. As of right now, the anime doesn't do the manga justice. I too, don't usually care for censorship, but when 10% ish of the picture is visible, there is going to be a problem... I did like the OP though. Really nice. And I like the artistic direction they took with the Kagune. As for the ED... it was just showing off great manga illustrations... I think the anime will do ok, but the overall quality is making it look really generic right now. One thing I really liked was the cute moment of Touka-chan. HNGGG |

| Nice ep and the fight was very good. Anyone else getting the Shiki feeling. What I mean is that is it that bad to try to survive? Humans eat other creatures to survive but none criticizes it so why should we criticize ghouls or Shikis? |

| So far so good. I jumped to the manga after the first episode - man that's awesome, I'm addicted. Like the speed they are going for now, don't really like the introducing chapters that much. Too bad they didn't put this into anime, that made me laugh when reading. |

Theres no love triangle, love is hardly a focus of the series its hinted at and it exists but its subtle. |

| I'm happy Touka beated the s*** out of Kaneki, to be honest. But, there's something about this episode that didn't make sense to me, I don't know. P.S.: I was dying to see Amon animated and god it was glorious he's even cuter. |
