Hell, it’s kinda amazing...Liverpool played in one of the GREATEST CL final of all time in 2005...now they played in one of the WORST...so yeah. |

| I know this is NOT the trophy Many Liverpool fans wanted...but goddmmit I’m sorry, but THIS is the greatest honor in Club Soccer. I’m still sad it’s not Barca lifting that beautiful trophy! Congrats nonetheless tho...and I can only hope Barca will lift it in 2020. That’s it for the 2018-19 season...I honestly want to forget this season, and look forward. |

| I mean the UCL is still the most prestigious trophy in club football no matter where you come from. That's just a simple fact. It's more so just that Liverpool have now won it twice since the last time they won the league so their fans probably need it more for that reason. Matter of perspective I guess |

| Congrats to my fellow arab boi Salah for winning the champions league and congrats to Liverpool. Highly deserved after all the efforts. Also, congrats to Klopp for his first well deserved UCL title. Liverpool are now the 3rd most successful team in UCL with 6 titles behind Milan (7) and Madrid (13). Once big, always big. |

| So basically first the ref gives Portugal a penalty, then goes to a check the VAR screen for an incident that happened at the other end of the field a minute earlier and instead overturns his decision to give Switzerland a penalty instead... a quiet soft one imo which was also converted I'm honestly not sure I've seen that kind of development before |

| I know it's just the inaugural UEFA Nations League semifinal but I gotta say, that was an unbelievable hattrick from Ronaldo. The pass of the game was also from him with that Ronaldinho-isque one in front of Joao Felix. But the distance, the flight of the ball and the accuracy made it so much better than anything I have seen before. I have checked so many post game analyses/ comments from pundits after the game and everyone is showering him with all the applauds, and probably rightly so. Maybe he will be back into contention of the FIFA Player of the Year if he does it again against the Netherlands/ England? |
