| this is probably the only episode in the entire series so far, that I have no complaints about. it was very true to the source material, the animation was at least above average by this show's standards, and of course, Hinata appearing in a side story. can't get any better than that. :D |

| Not as good as the first part of the special but still pretty good. The flashbacks were annoying and the deer were really creepy. |

| Maybe they'll be smart and only have the 3 tails in one episode... Or maybe they won't. :P Hopefully it won't be too long because they also showed clips of Orochimaru and Sasuke that looks straight from the manga. |

| Liked it veeery much. ^^ Technique looked interesting too and that preview/spoiler thingy at the end of the episode intrigued me very much. ^^ [there where Tsunade sayed one thing about narutos new jutsu and where orochimaru appeared and some of akatsuki & stufff. ^^ coolies. 8] ] |

| Such a cliffhanger, but I've gotten used to them. Glad to see Hinata again (She's so cute) And I'm glad to see them bring in a filler arc, I mean I'm no fan of 80+ eps of filler, but the occasion arc isn't so bad. Then need to do something to correct the time difference in manga-anime creation time; and I'd rather see filler arcs than 40-episode-power ups. Where each episode has to recap all the aspects of what happened to lead in the battle. Then they have to recap the last episode to make sure everyone knows what exactly is going on. Then after the prolong the battle another 10 minutes then have to show a big "What's coming ahead in the next episode" while trying to inconspicuously lengthen the OP and ED. Thirdly, I didn't really notice the animation shift because I like to focus on the subs and watch the anime with peripheral vision in order to distract myself from poor animation so I can focus on storyline and kickass battle scenes. +1 to "Fuck yeah Shikamaru" when he pulled the Explosive strings around Hidan. |

| Awesome special, but it spells the end of my favorite character Hidan. I half way suspected that there would be filler surrounding the Jinchuuriki, I hope it's not too painful. |
| What the heck is the three tail arrival arc, it looks alot like story but I know it isn't. And why do we need constant Sauske and Hinata reminders, Shikamaru has his big moment and instead Sauske is pushed, agg. Anyway Shikamru rocks, alot more than anyone else in this show. |

XD its a possibility that it could show that Naruto finally has control over the kyuubi chakra a bit and won't let it take him over. He has been letting it win again and again while learning his move. I could be just over thinking this though... but i liked it a lot. |

| OK I LOVED THIS EP shikamaru proves y he kicks ass and naruto is a whole different person but what im really waiting on is that new arc thats amazing especially since sasuke and madara in that bitch.lol but overally excellent ep. |

| I finally caught up!! Imo episodes 83 - 87 are some of the best in all of Naruto. I haven't been this excited to watch more since the 'Sound Five' arc in the first series. It was really well done, but it doesn't change the fact that I will be dropping Shippuuden after the next episode. |

| Gonna miss Hidan, i'll presume he is dead but in Naruto you'll never know. We still have Zetsu around for taking care of bodies. I think Hidan's voice actor did a really great job. |

| Shikamaru finally got his revenge (I guess?) Asuma's ghost ;-; Naruto's new technique though! The Rasen-Shuriken looks sick and makes a unique sound just like Chidori made a unique sound of chirping birds! |
