| enjoyable first episode. Even if it's only for a short time, seeing Tohru try a new maid uniform is refreshing. I mean her old maid Cafe Cozy uniform is classic, but the new one with shorter skirt is good too. I was laughing all too much at the first half. xD got serious in the second half. Ilulu almost got the entire town blown up by Tohru. Quick thinking by Kobayashi saved the day. and laslly. got another laugh when Faf-kun got temp banned in the game. lol |

| busy for the past month, 4 weeks behind in new anime >_< Big Boob Loli Dragon, lol Also, Kanna is still cute as ever. Best daughter TBH. And I didn't expect that genderswap at the end, didn't even know dragons can do that to humans, lol. (more so than Loli Dragon knowing to use her big boob to seduce males... I wonder what the Dragon world's is actually like where humans don't get along with Dragons but yet can get seduced by big boob loli dragons...) |

| The first half had some pretty weird directing style. Everything was really frantic, like I was watching Family Guy or something, and the stupid "quirky" humor was like something out Tik Tok. But once the oppai loli dragon showed up, it started feeling like the first season. Although, I can't stand her design. Those oversized boobs look fucking hideous. I'm getting sick of this trend in modern anime. You know there's something wrong when even hentai from the mid to late 2000's had more normal and "aesthetic" designs, than what you see in most regular anime these days. Also, the art and animation looks so crisp and detailed in this season. I guess studios these days are finally animating in full HD (or maybe even 4k?). |

| Feels that things get started pretty quickly.. Also, they decided to make part of OP a bit in Nichijou style, it seems.. It definitely somehow feels as if tense slice of life.. Something like that?.. Somehow pace of the slice of life seems to be fast, what I feel.. I mean.. Tooru's wishing for food to be tasty.. It feels a bit chuuni, I guess, for people, who don't know about magic.. And chuuni characters are liked by their audience, really.. So Tooru is fine with that, really, even takes her chuuni slot.. ;P Tooru wanted to leave to protect world there for a moment.. Interesting.. Well, Ilulu comes from the world where humans and dragons fight every time.. So it's understandable.. Ilulu turned Kobayashi into trap, it seems.. Fafnir got banned?.. Well, maybe some stupid ban.. Or maybe he just clicked too fast or something, had inhuman reactions, or something like that.. And that's why.. Well, who knows.. |

| This was stupid. What was the point of begging Elma to set up a barrier to protect the city against Tohru going all-out on Ilulu if Tohru's super lazor did not hit the aforementioned barrier and was not even pointed in the direction of the city? |

| Now that the blurays are finally complete I can say the following. HOLY FUCKING SHIT THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL OH MY GOD OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOD I'm gonna UUUUUUOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH Managed to avoid all spoilers. Didn't watch or listen to the OP or ED beforehand. I survived six months with nothing on the table about this second season. It was worth it. It was so much fucking worth it. I'm in a state of pure bliss right now. God bless Kyoto Animation, you have returned triumphantly to TV anime, you did so first with the Violet Evergarden movie conclusion. Long live KyoAni. |

| Finally the next season of Kobayashi-san. KyoAni as usual with gorgeous art and animation, sasuga. Opening is also quite good, ending is pretty average I guess. We get a new dragon introduced and she seems like another fun addition to the cast. And did she just turn Kobayashi into a dude there in the end? Wait until Kobayashi finds out :> |

| Well we kick things off with a real banger of a return! I didn't like the OP as much as the one from the first season but I felt it picked up in its second half but I did enjoy the ED but I'll have to listen to both more to finally solidify my thoughts and feelings. But, the animation was absolutely electric all across the board Kyoto really returned with their best foot forward fantastic stuff. We get a nice part of Tooru working at a maid cafe which the interactions, jokes and gags just write themselves with hilarious results! There is only so much time per episode but the small bits with Lucoa dancing and swaying to Shouta's recorder and Fafnir getting banned from his game and Makoto knowing the catastrophic implications of that XD really funny bits. But, man oh man new character addition Ilulu really stole the show her voice, her designs, her mannerism and her *ahem* fire storage boobs absolutely fantastic she just has that presence about her that draw one's attention really it really just grabs you and pulls you in literally XD so I know she is probably not everyone's taste but I look forward to her becoming a regular in the cast and what she brings to the table plus she has a tragic backstory what more could you ask for! Also, her trying to tempt Kobayashi to give into dark desires was golden material since she miscalculated as Kobayashi has a burning passion of distain for ladies who are blessed in that way LOL and their subway conversation was nice too. So overall great outing and start also really liked how Kobayashi wanted to do more to help Tooru to help her in battle showing concern and how she praised Tooru with a sweet head pat ^-^ Tooru was worried about her own conflicting moments of weakness but she did good and made her Master proud and relieved that she was safe at the end. But, man that was quite a curveball to end this episode on with what Ilulu did to Kobayashi the chances of this turning into a catastrophe symphony are quite high heading into the next episode! |

| it's so good to be back to these characters. For now, i'm sort of afraid this new dragon will take a lot of time to adapt to mankind despite Kobayashi's best efforts to talk her out of cruel intentions on the subway train. The entire new-job-at-the-maid-cafè was great, and even if i've never been big on the opening and ending themes of the series, the ED seems the best of the bunch. Thanks to AkeZZZ, i already saw the beautiful music video with the seiyuus and damn, Minami Takahashi seems IDENTICAL to Ayami Sasaki from Komi Can't Communicate apart from already voicing her to begin with. |

| Season 2 of dragon maid start with a banger opening and ending song, really loved it(＾▽＾) I thought the new dragon waifu is an oppai loli but turns out she isn't, tho it still doesn't change the fact that she's the current record holder of the largest milk bag in this series.
